Centre, Carmarthen Golf Club holds a constant

At Carmarthen Golf Club we also only allow one

function per day allowing you exclusivity of our

venue to make your day extra special. The

welcoming atmosphere and charming countryside

setting of Carmarthen Golf Club, make this venue

a delightful choice for your wedding reception.

Our club house is furnished in a traditional

style which features a fully stocked, private

licensed bar and dance floor along with a large

balcony area with views of the surrounding

golf course and countryside.

The venue comfortably accommodates, up to

130 seated guests and 200 guests for less formal

evening gatherings.

can be themed and decorated to suit your

With every wedding it can be the smallest things that make the biggest difference. To make sure to get

everything you need for you special day we have included all of the little things we can supply to make

sure everything is perfect.

Included in your package when you book yourwedding reception at Carmarthen Golf Clubyou will get:

• Deposits - A non-refundable booking fee

(£500) is due with your booking. A written

confirmation will then be sent to you along

with 2 copies of our terms and conditions.

Please sign one copy and send back within 14

days to secure your booking

• A 50% of the total price is required 12 weeks

prior to the event, with the final payment of

the total amount payable 7 days prior to the

event

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Cancellations - In the event of cancellation of

a booking by the client, for whatever reason,

Carmarthen Golf Club will make a cancellation

charge for the total anticipated loss of revenue

to the Club on the following basis:

6-4 weeks before the date of the event - 50%

of total booking value

1 week before the date of the event - 100% of

total booking value

• The Club will endeavour to re-let the booked

facilities. In the event this is achieved we will

deduct the resultant revenue from the

cancellation charge. Notice of cancellation

must be given

in writing

• Final details i.e. numbers, menu etc must be

received by Carmarthen Golf Club at least 7

days prior to the function

• The expected number of attendees as of 7

days prior to the function is the minimum that

will be charged for
