The Carnaby Accord range has been developed as an affordable and practical

family holiday model. The large front windows and vaulted lounge ceiling let the

light flood in whilst the contemporary log effect electric fire keeps you cosy.

Fitted with Amberes Oak furniture throughout it is functional and stylish, the lounge seating is buttoned and quilted and is upholstered in Lugano fabric. The dining area features a fixed bench seat with two dining chairs with space in the kitchen to accommodate a refrigerator. Eyelet curtains on chrome curtain poles, metal framed beds with wooden slatted bases add to the specification, whilst outside pan-tile roofs and domestic style gutters and downpipes complete the image.

New for 2013 is the bespoke concept of interchangeable colour schemes within model ranges as an optional extra. The options available include melamine, carpet, lino, and soft furnishings where possible. All model Fabric Swatches can be viewed together on Page 23.

The vaulted living area ceiling and French doors let the light pour in. Another practical characteristic of the Cascade Aspect is that all main bedrooms are at the opposite end of the holiday home to the twin bedrooms. All kitchens are smartly appointed with black, domestic sized cookers and matching cooker hoods, the flame effect pebble electric fires add to the high specification.

in Tavon fabric complements the plush curtains

with the rich light and dark Elm combination on the

furniture completing the lavish impression. Abundant amounts of light stream through the large lounge windows, with double opening front French doors available as an optional extra. Aspire lounges are well equipped with plentiful storage which is illuminated by discreet lighting. Hidden behind the lounge mirror are a mains, HDMI and aerial co-axial socket to accommodate a wall- mounted flat screen television.

The cleverly designed kitchens are beautifully appointed with black and chrome domestic sized ovens with five burner wok hobs inset, all with stylish glass and chrome cooker hoods above. As you would expect, integrated Microwave, Fridge and Freezer are all included in the specification. Plush headboards and elegant curtains decorate the bedrooms with gas-strut divan storage beds in the main bedroom.

Welcome into the Carnaby Cascade Lodge, the airy expanse of the main

living area offers more space than ever in the pleasant and relaxed atmosphere

provided by the modern neutral colours associated with the Cascade

colour scheme.

The vaulted ceiling runs throughout the lodge and enhances the feeling of space. Both designs offer plenty of windows and front French doors with the Panoramic design giving you the choice of free standing furniture.

The practical U shaped kitchen is fitted with a black and chrome cooker with cooker hood above, and has space to accommodate an under-counter fridge or fridge-freezer as an optional extra. The contrasting Alabaster on the kitchen units means the Cascade is right up to date.

The wet system radiator heating, UPVC double glazing and extra insulation package is available as an optional extra on this model to support the standard thicker exterior walls.

The standard Cascade Lodge is clad in sandstone wrinkle aluminium with domestic style gutters and downpipes and Pan-tile roof to complete the look. Optional extras will allow for a bespoke choice of exterior cladding materials including, Timber, Plastic and CanExel in a selection of colours, allowing you to make the right decision for your environment. Caravan Holiday Homes are designed to provide comfortable, high-quality accommodation for holiday and recreational use only; recreational use should be considered to include holidays of not more than six weeks of continuous use, weekend visits, and other short duration visits, they are not designed for residential occupancy.

The only unit that is designed for all year round use is a Residential Park Home. These are built to the BS3632 specification. Caravan Holiday Homes are built to the EN1647 specification. If you are looking to live in a Caravan Holiday Home or stay in one for non-recreational use you should consider purchasing a Residential Park Home which is sited on a Residential Park Home Estate.

If the above advice is not followed and your Caravan Holiday Home is used as a main residence then the manufacturer s warranty may be compromised.
