– Users wanted cost-to-charge ratios for each year – we built this into the next release
– Users wanted easier website refresh – we could not fully address, but designate high priority for future releases
– Users found documentation challenging – we revised and created a new Quick Start Guide
– Users provide their time, expertise, knowledge of needs – AHRQ supplies beta materials and responsive TA
