Cartonnage con Arte Cartonnage is a very ancient technique for making boxes and books. It consists in assembling the cartons cuts and cover them with paper or other textile.Stamperia made its first Cartonnage line with Sara Alcobendas, an expert in this field. Each kit contains the already cut cardboard to assemble. The cardboard is hard and strong, it is 300 grs, it can be painted and glued.

Video tutorials are available on You tube for each of the 5 projects. All you need is to choose the kit you like and your favourite paper. The quality of the Stamperia scrapbooking paper in this project is very important. It is printed on 190 gr Fabriano paper, very rich in fibers, it doesn’t loose shape even when heavily wet with water or glue.
