SERIOUS POWER - The DCM’s headroom reveals its high dynamic power from the Switch-mode power supply that operates at 130,000 Hz. Extreme currents are delivered to the most demanding subwoofer system, which are driven under 4 Ω bridge - 2 Ω operation. Every DCM easily handles the most difficult mismatched or reactive loads and is AC generator friendly.
COOL EFFICIENT DESIGN - A high ef-ficiency heat transfer system offers the most advanced cooling, which is one of the keys to reliable power. Five high ratio 6063-T5 flow-through aluminum heat sinks remove heat fast with multi-speed fans that runs quiet under 2 Ωs loads. Air is pulled from the rear and exhausted to the front to keep the rear of your rack cool. R & D designed a “direct mount” system for the power output devices to be directly mounted to the heat sink, which eliminates any thermal barrier to keep your amp running cool.
ACCESSORY GROUP - The accessory group features recessed front controls with status indicators that won’t get bumped or easily moved.

5 DCM3800L 19,000 watts - 75lbs!
Got my 1540L today and have used it with a BMaxT into my Carvin LS1503 3way. First im-pressions are, WOW, this sucker gets loud. I tried bridging the amp at first, but it was way too much for the 1503. I had the 1540 at 9 o’clock. I then switched to single channel, which was giving me 475 watts at 8 Ωs. Was able to turn up the BMaxT a bit more, gain at about 12 o’clock and master at about 10 o’clock, 1540 still around 9 -10 o’clock. I was only able to light up the amp on “ green “ which, according to the manual, is not driving the amp hard enough! I turned up the preamp as much as I could , much louder than I ever will play, and still couldn’t get the 1540 to Christmas tree at all. Probably way too much power for my needs, unless I go to a stack, or larger cab. Might be the ticket for you Acme users out there.

ApplicationThe TRx12N is a full range sound reinforcement monitor. The 12-inch woofer and 1-inch exit horn driver provides crystal clear vocal reproduction and plenty of low-end to handle most monitoring needs. The 30 degree tilt is idea for near field moni-toring. Effective for both permanent and portable applications, it comes with handles, rubber footpads, and a 1-3/8-inch pole mount cup.

DescriptionThe TRx12N’s unique 12-inch coaxial driver pro-vides on axis alignment in a small package. With the Neo horn driver mounted to the back of the 12-inch woofer, all the sound comes from the same source—providing smooth reproduction both on and off axis. The compact, 30-degree tilt design fits in tight spaces for installations on the stage or as the main system using the pole mount. There is no monitor that offers the performance to size ratio that the TRx12N provides. The system provides 4 fly points for overhead suspension. The enclosure is constructed of CNC machined multi-ply Hard-wood with heavy gauge steel powder coated front grills. The crossover includes 4 pin NL4 Speakon and ¼” phone connectors mounted on FR4 double sided circuit boards for solid construction and du-rability. Carvin’s exclusive Speaker Guard™ HF Driver protection uses a self resetting relay circuit to dim the HF driver 10 dB protecting the voice coil from excessive power. The benefits are the driver is not turned off losing all the high frequencies, the circuit resets as soon as the high frequency con-tent is back to normal levels.
