CASE 7

• A 78 year old man presented with tender, mobile, nodulo-

cystic swelling over the lateral aspect of right forearm

measuring 5x4x3 cm, since last six months,

• Ultrasound - Mass in the subcutaneous and muscle plane

with areas of necrosis and significant vascularity.

• Clinical diagnosis- ? Sarcoma

• Fine needle aspiration of the mass yielded 0.5 ml purulent

material.
