Worked with lender and borrower to negotiate DIL and restructure capital stack to fund renovations
Collaborated with Starwood brand and Crescent management to complete Phase I and Phase II of the renovations
Oversaw construction, re-opening in November 2016, and ramp up of hotel operations
Re-inspired and created new and distinctive F&B outlets along with unique programming to reposition the hotel

Awarded the prestigious Four Diamond rating by AAA Travel Association.
