A special attention was paid to security and access control to the territory of the resort.

Seven ST-01 speed gates with swing panels of increased height were chosen for this project along with forty TTD-08A box tripod turnstiles.

ST-01 speed gates with swing panels are designed for sites with high aesthetic and comfort requirements. When receiving a signal from an ACS, the glass panels open providing a comfortable contactless passage. In case of emergency situation, the swing gates open automatically ensuring fast evacuation of people.

TTD-08A box tripods for outdoor use feature enhanced durability and automatic anti-panic function for fast evacuation of people in case of emergency.

Smartphones are used as identifiers. Access control is handled by an application created and developed by Emaar. Visitors use QR codes shared by Marassi residents to access the area of the resort by presenting the code on the smartphone screen to the turnstile reader.
