Course Format and Assumptions

Elected officials and heads of municipal departments will require training

The preparation course should be offered once each year (or as needed)

Hours and/or pay should be adjusted to accommodate and encourage attendance

Pandemic Preparedness Course

The course will be mandatory for all elected officials and will be recognized with a certificate of completion

The delivery format will include both face-to-face and online methods

Learning materials will be offered online with a paper-based option
