Challenge As part of the title insurance sector servicing the Real Estate Industry, the day-to-day business operations of RGS Title involves large quantities of postage of all types. Previous to using Stamps.com, RGS Title was locked into an extended contract to rent expensive, bulky and inflexible Pitney Bowes meters for the postage needs of each of their twenty offices. leases on postage meters at each of their locations,

multi-year contracts are a thing of the past.

One of the most important features that RGS Title was

looking for in a postage management solution was

Bowes postage meters allowed no visibility into the

postage patterns or expenses in locations other than

the corporate headquarters. Because RGS Title has

20 locations, this posed a major problem as well as

has the ability to instantly review activity in all of their

locations, preparing detailed reports that can focus all

has enabled RGS Title to manage their postage activities
