The Foamtec International Cleaning Technique targets the areas intoolsets (Implant, ETCH, CVD, HDP, TxZ, etc.) where it is critical to removedeposition in a timely manner.
Our proven method of cleaning has provided our customers with a substantialincrease in tool efficiency by reducing PM green-to-green time, reducing defects,reducing PM recovery times and improving tool performance.

UltraSOLV® ScrubPADs and ScrubDISKS® are patented scrubbing tools foruse in PM procedures on process equipment in semiconductor, flat panel display, opticalcomponent and hard disk drive industries. The availability of various sized diamond, siliconcarbide and aluminum oxide abrasives allow for safe and efficient scrubbing of the mostdifficult to clean process chambers. UltraSOLV® ScrubPADs and ScrubDISK®s, used inconjunction with UltraSOLV® Sponges, Wipers, and Swabs, reduce cleaning times, pumpdown times and contamination levels for critical process tools.

Foamtec International, WCC has developed a cleaning technique that allowsSemiconductor tool owners the ability to effectively clean their tool’s criticalsurfaces without the use of ScotchBrite or hazardous solvents (i.e. HydrogenPeroxide). The Foamtec International Cleaning Technique targets the areas intoolsets (Implant, ETCH, CVD, HDP, TxZ, etc.) where it is critical to removedeposition in a timely manner.
