Each Lesson 3 in the book shows an episode of the story involving the main characters of the series in funny and engaging situations. In this lesson, the new language and vocabulary is used in context.
The new structures and/or vocabulary is clearly detailed at the bottom of each page.

* The Teacher’s Notes on CD, which include: step-by-step lesson notes plus an extension of each lesson to cover more contact periods if needed; classroom routines accompanied with songs; sections dealing with the ‘Home connection’ and parents’ involvement; tips on how to deal with mixed-ability classes and plenty of photocopiable material to supplement each unit

In each Lesson 8, a new sound is introduced by means of a short chant. This gives children the chance to fi x the pronunciation of the sound, which they then have to identify in diff erent words.
Lesson 7 deals with a diff erent value or attitude, with clear guidance in the Teacher’s Notes on how to work with them in the classroom.
