Bruno da Rocha, born in Porto in 1971.Having studied Jewellery/Stone-Set-ting, at the Professional Training Cen-tre for Goldsmiths and Clocksmiths(Centro de Formação Profissional daIndústria de Ourivesaria e Relojoaria)(CINDOR-Gondomar), he stands outfor his talents displayed through per-sistent work and innovative creati-vity. As a creator, since 1993 in everynew collection he has been expressinghis talent through bold aesthetic har-mony, based on the elements (Envi-ronmental, material and human) ofNature, specialising in small, sculp-tural forms for a refined, exquisite de-sign and shape. He makes use of Silver, applying Pearls and semi-pre-cious Stones, thus satisfying the mostdemanding customers among bothmen and women. In this way, both thetechnique and art of adornments ofthe Human Body, both of which Brunoda Rocha controls to perfection, ena-ble whoever wears one of his crea-tions to feel at one with Nature itself.
Bruno da RochaFilipe Caracol was born inLisbon in 1961. He began histraining in jewelry in 1978 inthe workshop of AntonioFlorindo and continued histraining in reputable shopsand workshops in the capi-tal. 1992/3 attends thecourse of drawing SNBA-National Society of FineArts. 2001-course in gemo-logy (gemologist dr. HugoRibeiro). 1987-Build yourown office and set out on itsown creation. Filipe Caracolhas exhibited in variousparts of the country since1998. Held dozens of exhibi-tions and eight singles. Alsocollaborates with designersand fashion productions. Isreferenced in several art pu-blications and yearbooks,and represented in nume-rous private collections.

Hugo Ri-beiro). 1987-Monta o seupróprio atelier e lança-sena criação própria. Filipecaracol tem exposto regu-larmente em diversos pon-tos do pais desde 1998.Realizou, de-zenas de expo-sições colec-tivas e oito in-dividuais. Colabora aindacom estilistas e produçõesde moda. Está referenciadoem diversos anuários e pu-blicações de arte e repre-sentado em inúmeras co-lecções particulares.

Bruno da Rocha, nasceu no Porto em1971. Formado em joalharia/crava-ção, pelo Centro de Formação Profis-sional da Indústria de Ourivesaria eRelojoaria (CINDOR-Gondomar), dis-tingue-se pelo talento manifesto emanos de afincado labor e inovadoracriatividade. Desde 1993 que comocriador, expressa em cada nova co-lecção o seu talento através de umaarrojada harmonia estética, alicer-çado nos elementos da Natureza(meio ambiente, material e humano),destacando-se nas formas pequenase esculturais, por um desenho eforma requintados. Faz uso da prata,aplicando pérolas e pedras semipre-ciosas, satisfazendo deste modo, seg-mentos exigentes, do universo femi-nino ou masculino. Deste modo atécnica e a arte do adorno para ocorpo humano, sendo atributos deBruno da Rocha, permitem a quemusa uma das suas jóias, sentir-se emcomunhão com a Natureza da qualexistimos.

Durante todo este percurso vai fazendovárias formações, como Decoração e Marketing,tendo sido convidada como oradora pela Anjecomo Jovem empresária de Sucesso."
In 1980 Teresa Restivo began his professionallife working in a jewelry in Porto. With ten yearsof experience dealing with the public, she deci-ded to join the production, so she can put intopractice the knowledge acquired about theneeds of customers. In 1997 decides to create hisown company, whose business is the distribu-tion by the stores all around the country, of jewellry articls she idealized and have manu-factured either in Portugal or abroad where shealso finds new trends. Participates in severalPortojóia fairs and Ourindústria, having recei-ved the award for originality for its partnershipwith the painter and sculptor Avelino Leite withthe pieces of pottery with traditional Portuguesefiligree. Throughout this course she makes va-rious specializations as decoration and Marke-ting, and was invited as a speaker for the "Anje"as Young successful company.

Após vários anos de trabalho em agências de publicidade na área de designGráfico, encontrou a joalharia cujo trabalho era mais manual e artístico.Decidiu investir e tirar um curso profissional de Joalharia de autor na es-cola Contacto Directo em Lisboa. Completou um curso de Prataria no ARCO,de Rhinoceros, laca japonesa, lapidação, e de cravação na Contacto Di-recto. Ganhou um prémio no concurso de Jovens criadores. Expôs nas feirasde joalharia Bijorhca em frança, Inhorgenta na Alemanha, Portojóia emPortugal, e várias vezes na escola Contacto Directo em Lisboa. Participoutambém na Exposição “Espiritu Casual” da Escola de joalharia de Vigo. Pu-blicou imagens das suas peças em guias de Lisboa, algumas revistas e noLivro “New Rings: 500+ Designs from Around the World”.Actualmente par-tilha um atelier com Inge Marques em Lisboa.O seu trabalho caracteriza-se pelas formas gráficas e simples. Não se prendendo a isso gosta de acom-panhar as tendências da moda explorando vários materiais. O dia a dia éa sua fonte de inspiração.
After several years in the graphic design field, Maria Avillez found jewel-lery, a more artistic and manual work. She decided to take a professionalcourse of Author jewelery in the “Contacto Directo” school in Lisbon. Shecompleted with a silverware and 3D jewellery design course- both in ARCOSchool, and Japanese lacquer, stone cutting and setting in “Contacto Di-recto”. She has won a prize in the contest of young creators of Portugal, ex-hibited in jewelery fairs like BIJORCA in France, Inhorgenta in Germany,Portojoia in Portugal and several times in Contacto Directo. She also parti-cipated in the exhibition “Espiritu Casual” of the jewellery school of Vigo.She published photographs of her work in Lisbon guides, some magazinesand in the jewelery book “New Rings: 500+ Designs from Around the World”.Nowadays she works in a workshop in Lisbon with Inge Marques. Her workis caracterized by simple shapes, but she also likes to follow fashion ten-dences exploring diferent materials . The day to day life is her inspiration.

Born in Santa Maria da Feira in 1982. She attendedthe school Soares dos Reis in Oporto in the jewelrytrade. After high school, she served an aprentishipfor three months and was contracted for threeyears. After she was qualified in 2008 she openedher own company in the jewelry trade employingFilipe Santos as a jeweler and makes various itemsfor top designers as Ana Lagarto and renownbrands as Mirrage and Kishum including exclusiveitems in silver and gold. Her first exhibition was in2009 at Portojoia and also in 2010. She invests in avery modern and exquisite variety of items 4 in 1.
Nasceu em Santa Maria Da Feira em 1982. Em 1998entrou na Escola Soares Dos Reis Porto, no Curso deOurivesaria, após o 12ºano frequentou estágio naempresa Vítor Passos, três meses depois assina con-trato de trabalho por três anos na mesma. Tirou ocurso de formação de formadores e em 2008 abriua sua empresa no ramo de ourivesaria. Actualmentea sua empresa tem-na como Designer e Joalheira eum Joalheiro/Cravador Filipe Santos. Realiza peçasda Designer Ana Lagarto, executa e vende as suaspróprias colecções a armazenistas, presta trabalhoa empresas de renome no mercado de joalharia,édesigner e joalheira das marcas nacionais MIRRAGEe KISHUM e realiza peças exclusivas em prata eouro. Expõe pela primeira vez em 2009 as suas cria-ções na Portojóia,no espaço Novos Criadores,aposta na diferença e na diversidade, peças 4 em 1.Em 2010 participa novamente na Portojóia comodesigner e representante da marca Kishum.

Inge Marques, born in 1967, who has the Dutch and Portuguesenationality, finished the Course of Contemporary Jewellery,at the Jewellery School Contacto Directo, in Lisbon (2002 –2005). Took part in Specialized Workshops in Stone Setting,Silverware, Enamel, Japanese Lacquer, Gemology and 3DDrawing and also participated in a Professional JewelleryCourse, promoted by the IEFP and the City Council of Oeiras(2000 - 2001). She has a Degree in Educational Psychology atISPA in Lisbon (1988 - 1993). Jewellery was from the beginning a passion and as a studentshe won some awards (Annual Award 2002/03 Contacto Di-recto, PortoJóia Design 2004). She also obtained practical ex-perience working for an established goldsmith. After finishing the course, she started working on her own, de-signing and making her own jewellery, participating in va-rious exhibitions and international fairs (Paris, London, Bar-celona and Munich).At present she has a jewellery workshop with Maria Avillez,in Lisbon. In 2012 she obtained her official Makers´ Mark.
Inge Marques, nascida em 1967, com dupla nacionalidade (Ho-landesa e Portuguesa), tirou o Curso de Joalharia Contemporâ-nea, na Escola de Joalharia Contacto Directo (2002 - 2005). Par-ticipou em workshops temáticos, como Cravação, Prataria,Esmalte, Laca Japonesa, Gemologia e Desenho 3D e tirou o Cursode Formação Profissional em Joalharia, promovido pelo IEFP eCâmara Municipal de Oeiras (2000 - 2001). Tem a Licenciaturaem Psicologia Educacional do ISPA (1988 – 1993).A Joalharia foi desde o início uma paixão e ainda enquanto es-tudante obteve alguns prémios (Prémio anual Contacto Directo2002/03 e PortoJóia Design 2004). Paralelamente trabalhounuma oficina de ourivesaria. Após terminar o curso começou a trabalhar por conta própria,desenhando e executando as suas peças, participando em váriasexposições e feiras internacionais (Paris, Londres, Barcelona eMunique).Actualmente dispõe de um Atelier de Joalharia com a Maria Avil-lez, em Lisboa. Em 2012 obteve o seu punção de fabricante de ou-rivesaria da Casa da Moeda.
Nuno Lopes, natural de Portimão, teve sua iniciação aos24 anos, na Escola de joalharia Contacto Direto(Lisboa),aos 34 anos muda-se para Sevilha, entrou para o Centrode Formação Proficional de joalharia e orfebreria, Or-plare (2 anos), onde frequentou vários cursos, tambemo curso básico de gemologia (Instituto Gemológico Es-panhol, Madrid). De volta ao Algarve, monta a sua ofi-cina, onde cria peças de joalharia de autor, começou edivulgar o seu trabalho em feiras, exposições colectivase individuais há cerca de 2 anos.
Nuno Lopes, born in Portimão had his initiation at age24, in the School of jewellery Direct Contact (Lisbon),at age 34 moved to Seville, joined the profecional trai-ning center for jewellery and orfebrería, Orplare (2years ), where he attended several courses, also thebasic course in gemology (Spanish Gemological Insti-tute Madrid).Back in the Algarve, assembles his workshop, where he create is pieces of contenporany jewelery, andbegan to publish their work in exhibitions, group andsolo exhibitions since 2 years ago.

Formou-se em2011 com primeira classe em Design de Joalha-ria pela Universidade de Dundee.Em 2011 foi a vencedora do New DesignersGoldsmith’s Award for Jewellery em Londres eno mesmo ano lançou sua primeira coleção,Black Preciousness. Durante este ano lançouGolden Honey, a sua nova coleção. O seu tra-balho é inspirado no artesanato, especial-mente na filigrana, ela usa esta técnica antigade uma forma inovadora para dar detalhe eherança ao seu trabalho delicado. Este ele-mento histórico permite que o passado e o pre-sente sejam incorporados em cada joia evo-cando diferentes épocas e culturas.
The award winning jeweller Filipa Oliveirawas born in 1986 in Vila Verde, Portugal. Shegraduated in 2011 with first class in JewelleryDesign from the University of Dundee.In 2011 she won the New Designers Goldsmith’sAward for Jewellery in London and in the sameyear launched her first collection, Black Pre-ciousness. During this year she launched Gol-den Honey, her new collection. Her work is ins-pired by crafts, especially filigree, she uses thisancient technique in an innovative way to lenddetail and heritage to her delicate work. Thishistorical element allows both the past andpresent to be encompassed within each pieceof jewellery and is evocative of different timesand cultures.

A Clara Mar, depois de terminar em 1978 os seus estudos em ArtesDecorativas na ESAD (Escola Superior de Artes Decorativas), na especialidade de Conservação e Restauro, exerceu durante vários anos a sua actividade profissional nesta área artística.No seu Atelier, no litoral alentejano, desenvolveu o gosto pela formação,dando aulas a dezenas de formandos de diferentes faixas etárias durantevários anos na vertente das Artes Decorativas.Mas foi com a Mestra Olympia que a Clara Mar se especializou na arte dajoalharia, desenhando e criando peças d’Autor a partir do cristal, do esmalte,da prata e do alumínio rebatido, material este, que está a utilizar
actualmente nas suas peças de bijutaria, numa simbiose perfeita com outromaterial não menos nobre e genuinamente português que é a cortiça.
Since finishing her studies in Decorative Arts at ESAD (Escola Superior de Artes Decorativas) in 1978. Clara Mar has been working for several yearsin the area of Conservation and Restoration. In her workshop in the AlentejoCoast, she has developed the passion for teaching, having trained manytrainees across various age groups on the secrets of Decorative Arts. It washowever with Master Olympia that Clara became specialized in the art ofjewellery designing and creating Author pieces with crystal, enamel, silverand aluminium - a material that she currently uses in her jewellery in a perfect symbiosis with cork - a genuinely portuguese material.
