La Scatola Presamoto (A) va posizionata sul castello dei mandrini frontali. Il moto sincronizzato le viene trasmesso dall’ingranaggio (G1D/1), che può essere già presente in macchina. La Scatola Presamoto è stata proge ata per essere in grado di servire contemporaneamente due Scatole anteriori Portafresa (B e C), a raverso due Alberi Telescopici (D ed E).Le Scatole Portafresa vanno posizionate sui carri trasversali, nelle stazioni 4 e 5.Ogni Scatola Portafresa è intercambiabile tra la stazione 4 e 5. Le Scatole Portafresa possono essere di due

pi: con rapporto 1:1 per fresatura di file oppure con rapporto 1:2 per poligonatura.Vi è anche la possibilità di o enere due operazioni di poligonatura in fase, grazie al nostro giunto registrabile. Forniamo inoltre platorelli portalame e inser di varia larghezza per le operazioni di poligonatura.Se si necessità di usare il comando di spinta assiale dei carri nelle stazioni 4 e 5 viene fornita la modifica dell’asta di spinta che la rende compa bile con la presenza della nostra Scatola Presamoto.

MODIFICA DEL RAPPORTO DI FILETTATURA NELL'UNITA' DI FRIZIONE

Nelle macchine Gildemeister 20, vi è la possibilità di cambiare i rappor di file atura sos tuendoli con un’unica coppia di ingranaggi di trasmissione (nel manuale solitamente vengono chiama K e L).Ogni volta però che gli ingranaggi vengono modifica , cambia anche la velocità interna ed esterna di file atura.Per fare un esempio: se si vuole impostare una velocità interna molto rapida (rapporto -2.41) al fine di risparmiare sul tempo di ciclo u lizzando gli ingranaggi K=40 e L=50, la velocità esterna sarà tu avia molto lenta (+10.56) senza alcun miglioramento sul tempo di ciclo.Pertanto, più di tu o, quando la file atura è un’operazione abbastanza lunga rispe o al ciclo del pezzo, non si ha la possibilità di o mizzare la velocità di file atura e quindi il tempo di ciclo.Per questo mo vo, abbiamo recentemente effe uato una semplice modifica degli ingranaggi della frizione che perme e di avere velocità rapide sia internamente che esternamente.Sono possibili diverse modifiche del rapporto in base alle esigenze del cliente.Ad esempio, possiamo sos tuire gli ingranaggi della frizione della velocità esterna per o enere i seguen rappor :velocità interna = -2.41 (come nell’esempio precedente)velocità esterna = +3.15 Possiamo comunque fornire ingranaggi modifica per o enere velocità più elevate o più lente rispe o a queste.Insieme agli ingranaggi modifica , forniamo inoltre una tabella del nuovo rapporto per controllare come i rappor di file atura della vostra macchina cambiano u lizzando gli ingranaggi K e L.Sos tuire gli ingranaggi della frizione è un’operazione semplice e può essere fa a anche per la lavorazione di un singolo componente, se necessario.

THREADING RATIO MODIFICATION IN THE CLUTCH ASSEMBLY

As you know in Gildemeister 20 machine you have the possibility to change the threading ra os by replacing a single pair of ra o gears (usually called K and L in the machine book).But, each me you change the ra o gears, you modify the threading in-speed as well as the threading off-speed.For example: if you want to set a very quick in-speed (ra o -2.41) to save cycle me by using the gears k=40 and L=50, then the off-speed will be very slow (+10.56) without any improvement for the cycle me.Therefore, above all when the threading is quite a long opera on compared with the part cycle, you haven’t got the possibility to op mize the threading speed and so the cycle me. For that reason we have recently realized a simple modifica on of the clutch gears that allows fast in-speed and off-speed at the same me.There could be different possible ra o modifica ons to suite customer requirements.For example we can replace the off-speed clutch gears to obtain the following ra os:In-speed = -2.41 (like the preavious example)Off-speed = +3.15But we can supply modified gears to get even faster speeds or slower speeds than that.Together with the modified gears we supply a new ra o table to see how your machine threading ra os will change by replacing the ra o gears K and L.Replacing the clutch gears is quite a simple opera on and that can be done even just to machine a single components, if it is opportune.

Questo accessorio è u lizzato per marcare i componen in modo semplice e veloce, basandosi su una logica totalmente meccanica.Montando il nostro accessorio, la sli a trasversale si muove in avan fino a quando il disco marcato colpisce il pezzo.A causa della frizione tra i due, il disco inizia a girare e a marcare il pezzo.Dopo una rotazione, l’incisione è terminata, un perno di blocco arresta il disco in una posizione par colare, in modo che non possa più toccare il componente.Quando la sli a trasversale torna indietro, un apposito perno, fissato sulla parete della macchina, sblocca il disco e la molla lo riporta nella sua posizione iniziale.Possiamo fornire dischi incisi o grezzi a seconda delle necessità del cliente. Lo stesso apparecchio può essere smontato e rimontato per ada arsi a tu e le stazioni della macchina.Ora è anche possibile montare un disco con le ere intercambiabili
