CORSO TEORICO PRATICO PER LA SALDATURA DI TUBI E RACCORDIIN POLIETILENE PER IL TRASPORTO DI GAS, ACQUA E ALTRI FLUIDIIN PRESSIONE

Il corso è rivolto agli addetti alla saldatura e posa in opera di tubazioni e/o raccordi, nonché ad assistenti dicantiere che necessitano di una formazione pratica sulle modalità esecutive delle saldature secondo le vigentinorme UNI 9737 e UNI 10967 (PE100 sp>20mm). Il corso qualificato dall’Istituto Italiano della Saldatura si svolgepresso la ns. sede o su richiesta presso la sede dei ns. clienti. Alla fine del corso verranno sostenuti gli esamiper la Certificazione.

RAW MATERIALSPlastitalia fittings are produced usinghomologated polyethylene (for pipes andfittings certified IIP-UNI and "PIIP")classified in:a) MRS 8 =PE80=Sigma 63b) MRS 10=PE100=Sigma 80produced by BP SOLVAY, world leader inthe production of PE manufacturedaccording to the process Phillips (uni-modal) and Ziegler-Natta (bi-modal). Themain benefits of Plastitalia fittings,produced in both PE80 and PE100 are:Low specific weight;Impact resistance;Ultraviolet ray stabilized;High flexibility;Chemical resistance;Abrasion resistance;Resistance against micro-organisms;Completely non-toxic for the use in watersystems;Temperature utilization from -40°C to+40°C;Radiations stability;Facility for transport and installing;Facility for welding of pipes and fittings.Since January 1st Plastitalia is a licenseeof the Trade Mark of Conformity IIP-UNI;the extension of this Trade Mark coversalmost all of its product range up untilthe end of '99. METHODS OF JOININGThe fittings in PE produced by Plastitaliacan be welded with PE pipes through:Butt welding by contact with thermicelements (UNI 10520).Electrofusion welding (UNI 10521).Plastitalia cooperates with the ItalianInstitute of Welding, for the certificationof qualified welders according to the

standard UNI 9737.

APPLICATION RANGEThe exceptional chemical and physicalcharacteristics of PE consent tosubstitute other traditional material inwater pipeline systems, for gas, civil andindustrial sewerage, irrigation, seaoutfalls, anti-firemains, pools, protectionof cable systems, relining of old pipelines,etc..

SERIES OF PRODUCTS - DIMENSIONSAND PRESSURE RATESPlastitalia offers a complete series ofstandard and special products withdimensions available from DE 25 mm toDE 1200 mm; the pressure rates are fromPN 2,5 bar to PN 32 bar. Our Fittings areproduced through injection moulding andfabrication (all welding is carried out byQualif ied St af f provided with aQualification Certificate according to thestandard UNI 9737) and throughmechanical manufacturing. SISTEMAS DE UNIONLas uniones en PE producidos porPlastitalia pueden ser unidos con tubosen PE por medio de:Soldadura a tope con elemento térmicopor contacto (UNI 10520).Soldadura por fusión eléctrica (UNI10521).Plastitalia colabora con el InstitutoItaliano de la Soldadura, para lacertificación del instrumento soldadorsegún el estándar UNI 9737.

CAMPO DE APLICACIÓNLas propiedades excepcionales químicasy físicas del PE han permitido desubstituir otros materiales tradicionalesen las instalaciones de acueductos, paraconvoyar gases combustibles, dealcantarillados civiles y industriales, deirrigación de descarga en mar, de anilloantincendio, de piscina, de líneas deprotección de cables, de restauración, deinstalaciones (relining) etc..

SERIE PRODUCTOS TAMAÑOS YPRESIONES DE FUNCIONAMIENTOSLa Plastitalia ofrece una serie completade productos a standards y preciosespeciales cuyos t amaños estándisponibles de DE 25 mm al DE 1200 mm,las Presiones de funcionamiento van daPN 2,5 bar a PN 32 bar. Las uniones estánejecutados por molde a inyección, porensamblaje (las soldaduras estánrealizadas por el Personal Especializadodotado de Certificado de Aptitud segúnla norma UNI 9737) y para el trabajomecanico. La Plastitalia produce registrosen PE de qualquier diámetro yconfiguración.

generali di venditaCONDIZIONI

1) CONFERMAGli ordini devono ritenersi accettati solodopo la conferma scritta della Venditricee con l'invio della merce.

2) CONSEGNALa consegna s'intende convenuta f.comagazzino della Venditrice in Brolo (ME)e Tribiano (MI). I termini fissati per laconsegna della merce devono intendersiapprossimativi e salvo venduto. Lespedizioni vengono effettuate per contoed a rischio e pericolo dell'Acquirente,anche se la merce è venduta francodestino. La Venditrice non assume alcunaresponsabilità per mancanza o rottureche possono verificarsi, anche se causateda deficienze di imballo. E' pertantoobbligo del destinatario, al ricevimentodella merce, verificare subito i quantitativie le condizioni di essa prima di ritirarla.Ogni reclamo o contestazione permancanza o avarie dovrà essere fatta alVettore al momento della consegna dellamerce dall'Acquirente per suo nome econto.

3) RESPONSABILITA'La Venditrice declina ogni responsabilitàse i prodotti non sono utilizzati alla lorodestinazione e se il collocamento in operanon è fatto a regola d'arte. In caso dimateriale difettoso riconosciuto adinsindacabile giudizio della Venditrice,verrà sostituito senza riconoscere o doveralcuna spesa per danno o mancatoguadagno da questo causato, compresoper messa in opera e trasporto. In ognicaso la Venditrice dovrà essere avvisataimmediatamente e comunque non oltrecinque giorni dall'accaduto, in modo dapoter iniziare le proprie indagini.

4) PAGAMENTII pagamenti devono essere effettuatidirettamente nel domicilio della Venditriceo a persone munite di regolareautorizzazione. In caso di ritardopagamento resta espressamente pattuito,a partire dal giorno della scadenza,l'esegibilità degli interessi di moraconvenzionalmente fissati nella misuraannua del tasso ufficiale di sconto

praticato al momento dell'insolvenza dallaBanca d'Italia.

5) FORZA MAGGIORELa Venditr ice non r isponde diinadempienze contrattuali quando lestesse siano dovute da causa di forzamaggiore non imputabili ad essa, comesciopero, etc. etc.

6) FORO COMPETENTEPer qualunque controversia fra le partiil foro competente é quello di Patti (ME),anche se l'ordinazione e il contratto sianostati stipulati altrove dagli incaricati dellaVenditrice.

7) RECESSO CONTRATTOLa Venditrice avrà diritto di recedere dalcontratto nel caso in cui l'Acquirentedovesse divenire in tutto o in parteinsolvente, in caso di morte, in caso disopravvenute incapacità dell'Acquirente,liquidazione dell'Azienda, modificazionedella Società, in caso di protesto cambiariocomunque o da chiunque altro eseguitoa carico dell'Acquirente, anche per effettonon accettato, ed in caso di irregolaritàdei pagamenti. Pertanto la Venditriceavrà diritto di troncare immediatamentee senza formalità alcuna le forniture,anche quelle dipendenti da altri contratti,di esigere l'immediato pagamento di ognisuo credito.

8) PREZZII prezzi indicati sono per merce senzaimballo. I prezzi sono al netto dell'impostadel valore aggiunto (IVA). Per le consegnedilazionate resta convenuto che siapplicheranno i prezzi in vigore almomento della consegna in base allevariazioni, tra la data dell'offerta e quelladella consegna.

9) SOLVE ET REPETEL'Acquirente, se non darà la prova di avereseguito le sue obbligazioni e inparticolare quelle del pagamentointegrale della somma dovuta, non potràiniziare alcuna azione o contestazione nè

opporre alcune eccezioni in giudizio, percui qualunque contestazione non dàdiritto all'Acquirente di sospendere oritardare i pagamenti.

10) PARTITA IVA E CODICE FISCALEL'Acquirente ha l'obbligo di fornire i datifiscali esatti, restando la Venditriceesonerata da ogni responsabilità.

11) EFFICACIA DELLE CONDIZIONI DIVENDITAL ' A c q u i r e n t e , n e l t r a s m e t t e r el'ordinazione, accetta integralmente lepresenti condizioni generali di venditaed esse avranno anche valore per ogniulteriore fornitura fatta al medesimoacquir ente dal la Venditr ice . Ledichiarazioni di persone-dipendenti,Agenti etc. non sono impegnative se nonconformi a quanto descritto nelle presenticondizioni generali.

12) COLLAUDI (QUANDO PREVISTO)a) L'eventuale collaudo dei materiali deveessere espressamente richiesto dalcompratore all'atto dell'ordinazione edespressamente accettato dalla Venditrice;con espressa spiegazione che, seaccettato dovrà avvenire soltanto, neglistabilimenti produttori, e ciò prima dellaspedizione e consegna; e con spesa acarico del richiedente.b) Il collaudo dovrà effettuarsi entro 15giorni dalla notifica dell'approvamentodei materiali, ma resta espressamenteconvenuto che il decorso infruttuoso deltermine fissato, va inteso come in effettisi intende, rinunzia tacita del collaudo e,di conseguenza accettazione tacita delmateriale. In tale caso, la Venditrice restaa tutti gli effetti autorizzata ad effettuarela relativa spedizione ed a proseguirel'ulteriore produzione.c) Qualora, nel caso del collaudo vengano,eventualmente, respinti dei materiali,sorgerà, per la Venditrice soltantol'obbligo della relativa sostituzione, nelpiù breve tempo possibile, senza alcunimpegno di una immediata fabbricazioneche il Compratore possa esigere.

1) CONFIRMATIONOrders are considered accepted only afterwritten confirmation of the seller or withthe forwarding of the goods.

2) DELIVERYDelivery is to be considered agreed ex-works Brolo (ME - Italy) and Tribiano (MI- Italy). Terms settled for the delivery ofthe goods are to be consideredappr oximative and unless sold.Consignments will always take place foraccount and risk of the buyer, even if thegoods are sold free destination. The sellerdoes not assume any responsability forshortcoming or breakage that can takeplace, even if caused by faulty packaging.It's therefore duty of the buyer, at thereceipt of the goods, to immediately checkthe quantities and the goods beforeacceptance. Any complaint or objectionfor shortcoming or damage will have tobe made to the carrier at the moment ofthe consignment of the goods, by thebuyer.

3) RESPONSABILITYThe seller declines any responsability iftheir own products are not used to theirfonction and if the installation is not madewith great skill. In case of defectivematerial, recognized by unobjectionablejudgement of the seller, it will be replacedwithout recognizing or owing any costsfor damage or unsuccessful earningscaused by these, included labour forinstallation and transport. In any case,the seller must be informed immediatelyand within 5 days from the happening, inorder to start the investigations.

4) PAYMENTSPayments must be made directly to thedomicile of the seller or to peopleprovided by regular authorization. In caseof delayed payment, the buyer will paythe interests of the delay, equivalent tothe official rate of discount designatedfrom our Italian Bank, "Banca d'Italia",beginning from the day of the expiry.

5) FORCE MAJEUREThe seller is not responsable for

circumstances preventing fulfilmentswhen these are caused by conditionsbeyond our control such as: strike, etc.etc.

6) COMPETENT COURTFor any dispute between the parties thecompetent court will be the Court of Patti(ME - Italy) even if the order and thedispute have been stipulated elsewherefrom the appointee of the seller.

7) RECESS OF THE CONTRACTThe seller has the right to withdraw fromthe contract if the buyer becomes entirelyor partly insolvent, in case of death, ofturned up incapacity of the buyer,liquidation of the firm, modification ofthe company, of bill under protest howeveror from whoever executed on behalf ofthe buyer, even for bill not accepted andin case of irr egular payments.Consequently the seller will have the rightto break off immediatly and without anyformality, all supplyings, even thosedepending from other contracts, and toclaim the immediate payment of all credits.

8) PRICESPrices indicated are for goods excludingpackaging. Prices are without purchasetax. For delayed deliveries, prices appliedwill be the prices in force at the momentof the delivery in accordance withvariations, within the date of the offerand the date of the delivery.

9) SOLVE ET REPETEIf the buyer will not be able to prove theentire execution of his obligations andparticularly the payment of the dueamount, he will not be able to start anyaction or dispute; therefore any disputewill not give right to the buyer to suspendor delay the payments.

10) PURCHASE TAXIt's buyer's obligation to supply exactfiscal data; the seller remains exoneratedfrom any responsabilities.

11) EFFICIENCY OF THE GENERALCONDITIONS OF SALEWhen the buyer transmits an order, heaccepts integrally the present generalconditions of sale and these will havevalue even for all further supplyngs tothe same buyer. The declaration ofemployees, agents, etc., is not binding ifnot conforming with what described inthe present general conditions.

12) TEST (WHEN PROVIDED)a) The eventual test of the product mustbe expressly requested from the buyertogether with the order and expresslyaccepted by the seller; if accepted, thetest must take place only in the factoryof the producer and before the deliveryand at buyer's charge.b) The test must be effected within 15days from the notification of thepreparation of the goods, but remainsexpressly agreed upon that the passingof the terms fixed is well understood asimplicit renouncement of the test andconsequently implicit acceptance of thegoods. In that case the seller remainsauthorized to effect the delivery and toprocede with the further production.c) In case some goods are rejected duringthe test, the only obligation of the sellerwill be the replacement of the goods inthe shortest terms possible, withoutengagement of immediate production thatthe buyer can require.

Lesexpéditions sont effectuées aux risqueset périls de l'Acheteur, même si lamarchandise est vendue francodestination. le Vendeur n'assume aucuneresponsabilité en cas de matérielmanquant ou reçu endommagé même sicela est du à des problèmes d'emballage.Il revient au destinataire de vérifier, à laréception, les quantités et l'état de lamarchandise.Aucune réclamation nepourra être faite ultérieurement. Touteréclamation ou contestation pour défautou avaries devront être faites autransporteur au moment de la livraison,par l'acheteur en son propre nom.

3) RESPONSABILITELe Vendeur décline toute responsabilitépour utilisation détournée des produitsou mauvaise mise en œuvre. Dans le casde matériel reconnu défectueux, il seraremplacé sans aucun autre type dedédommagement pour manque à gagner,mise en œuvre ou transport. Dans tousles cas, le Vendeur doit être averti danstrois jours de l'incident, au fin decommencer les investigations.

4) PAIEMENTSLes paiements doivent être effectuésdirectement au Vendeur ou auxpersonnes habilités. En cas de paiementretardé,il est convenu,à partir du jour del'échéance, l'exigibilité d'intérets derétard, conventionnellement fixés sur labase annuelle du taux officiel d'escomptepratiqué au moment de la carence per laBanque d'Italie.

5) FORCE MAJEURELe Vendeur n'est pas responsable pour

inexécution contractuelle, en cas de forcemajeure indépendants de sa volonté, telque grève, etc. etc.

6) TRIBUNAL COMPETENTPour tout litige entre les parties, leTribunal compétent est celui, de Patti (ME),même si le contrat a été signé ailleurs parles délégués du Vendeur.

7) ABANDON DU CONTRATLe Vendeur aura le drôit de rompre lecontrat dans le cas où l'Acheteur deviententièrement ou partiellement insolvable,dans le cas de mort, dans le casd'incapacité de l'Acheteur, de liquidationjudiciaire ou modification de la société.En cas de contestation d'un effet ouirrégularité des paiements, le Vendeuraura le droit de cesser immédiatement etsans formalités les fournitures, mêmescelles qui dépendent d'autres contrats etd'éxiger le paiement immédiat de sescrédits.

8) PRIXLes prix indiqués sont pour manchandisenon emballèe et sont hors TVA. Pour leslivraisons différées, les prix appliquéssont ceux là en vigueur lors de la livraison,selon les variations entre la date del'offre et celle de la livraison.

9) SOLVE ET REPETESi l'Acheteur ne donne pas l'épreuved'avoir exécuté ses obligations et enparticulier celles du paiement intégral dumontant du,il ne pourra éntreprendreaucune action pour couvrir un quelconquelitige. Aucune contestation ne donne droità l'Acheteur de suspendre ou retarderles paiements.

10) TVA ET CODE FISCALL'Acheteur est tenu de fournir les codesfiscaux exacts, le Vendeur étant dispenséde toute responsabilité.

11) EFFICACITE DES CONDITIONS DEVENTE

Toute rémise de commande impliquel'adhésion complete de l'Acheteur auxprésentes conditions générales de vente,qui seront appliquées à toutestransactions ultérieures. La sociétédécline toute responsabilité quant à toutedéclaration de ses employés ou agentsqui ne seraient pas en conformité avecles présentes conditions de vente.

12) ESSAIS PREVUSa) Les éventuels essais des produitsdoivent être demandés expressément parl'Acheteur au moment de la commande etexplicitement acceptés par le Vendeur;lorsqu'ils sont acceptés, les essais doiventêtre effectués dans les usines duProducteur, avant l'expédition. Lesdépenses sont à charge du Demandeur.b) Les essais seront effectués dans les15 jours à partir de la mise à dispositionde la commande. Au-delà de ce délai, il estsensé renoncer aux essais et parconsequént accepter la marchandise. LeVendeur est alors autorisé à effecteurl'expédition et à continuer la production.c) Dans le cas où des produits seraientrefusés pendant les essais, la seuleobligation du Vendeur consiste aurémplacement de la marchandise dans lesmeilleurs délais, sans aucun engagementd'une production immédiate.

2) ENTREGALa entrega se entiende acordada francoalmacén de la Empresa en Brolo (ME) yTribiano (MI). Los plazos de entrega de lamercancía se entienden aproximados ysalvo vent a. Las remesas seránefectuadas por cuenta y riesgo delcomprador aunque la mercancía seavendida franco domicilio de este. LaEmpresa vendedora no se asume laresponsabilidad por falta o roturas quepuedan verificarse, aunque seancausadas par deficencias de embalaje.Pues es obligación del destinatario, a larecepción de la mercancía, verificar enseguida las cantidades y sus condicionesantes de sacarla. Cada reclamación ocontestación por falta o daños se hará altransportista por su nombre y parte.

3) RESPONSABILIDADLa Empresa declina toda responsabilidadsi los productos no son utilizados a sudestino y si la colocación en obra no estárealizada correctamente. En condicionesde producto defectuoso y reconocido aincensurable juicio de la Empresavendedora, este será substituido sinreconocer o deber gasto alguno causadopor esto incluido la colocación y eltransporte. En cualquier caso lanotificación debe llegar dentro de 3 dias,a contar desde la fecha del incidente, conel fin de comenzar las investigacionesoportunas.

4) PAGOSLos pagos serán efectuadas directamenteen el domicilio de la Empresa Vendedoraa personas dotadas de autorizacion. Encaso de retraso en el pago convenido,desde ed día del vencimiento, se podránexiger los intereses moratorios fijadosconvencionalmente en la medida anualdel tipo de descuento otorgado desde lainsolvencia del Banco del Estado Italiano.

5) FUERZA MAYORLa Empresa no se hase responsable delos incumplimientos de un contrato porcausas de fuerza mayor no imputables aella, como huelgas, etc. etc.

6) TRIBUNAL COMPETENTEEl tribunal competente para cualquierlitigio es el de Patti (ME), aunque el pedidoy el contrato haya sido elaborado en otrolugar por los delegados de la Empresa.

7) RESCICIÓN CONTRATOLa Empresa tendrá el derecho derenunciar al contrato cuando elcomprador sea declarado insolvente, encaso de muerte, de incapacidad delcomprador, liquidación de la Empresa,modificación de la Sociedad, de protestode una letra de cambio o por el que loefectúa a cargo del comprador, tambiénpor efecto no aceptado y en caso deirregularidad en los pagos.La Empresavendedora tendrá el derecho deinterrumpir de inmediato y sin formalidadlas entragas también los dependientesde otros contratos, de exigir el pagoinmediato de cada crédito.

8) PRECIOSLos precios indicados son paramercancías sin embalaje. Los precios sondetraídos de los impuestos del valorañadido (IVA). Para las entregasaplazadas se establece la aplicación delos precios en vigor en el momento de laentrega,según las variaciones, entre lafecha de la oferta y la de la entrega.

9) SOLVE ET REPETEEl comprador si no demostrará de haberejecutado sus obligaciones sobre todolas del pago integral de la suma debida,no podrá comenzar ninguna acción oprotesta ni interponer alegaciones enjuicio y toda contestación no da derechoal comprador de suspender o aplazar lospagos.

10) IVA Y CODIGO FISCAL

El comprador debe proporcionar los datosfiscales exactos y la Empresa seráexonerada de toda responsabilidad.

11) EFFICACIA DE LAS CONDICIONES DEVENTAEl comprador, cuando transmite el pedidoacepta en su totalidad las condicionesgenerales de venta, con valor para todaslas entregas suplementarias referidas almismo. Las declaraciones de personas -dependientes, Agentes etc. no sonvinculantes si no son conformes a cuantose describe en las presentes condicionesgenerales.

12) ENSAYOa) El eventual ensayo de los materialesserá solicitado claramente por loscompradores en la realización del pedidoy aceptado por la Empresa; con explicaciónque, si aceptado sólo se realizará en losestablecimientos productores y antes dela remesa y entrega; gastos a cargo delsolicitante.b) El ensayo se efectuará dentro de 15días de la notificación de la preparaciónde los materiales, pero está convenidoque el decurso ineficaz del plazo fijado,se entiende por renuncia tácita del ensayoy, consecuentemente aceptación tácita delmaterial. La Empresa vendedora en estecaso está autorizada efectuar la relativaremesa a proseguir la ulterior producción.c) En el caso de que sean rechazados losmateriales, la Empresa vendedora tienela obligación de substitucion a labrevedad posible, sin compromiso de unaproducción por el comprador.
