Normativa Di Riferimento

All lenses presented in this catalog meet the re-

quirements of European Directive 93/42 EEC con-

cerning medical devices in general and corrective

lenses of class 1 in particular. The compliance of

our products to this Directive shall be certified by

the CE marking on the packaging of the lens. All

further processing and treatment (mounting, tint-

ing, etc..) will be further realized under the direct

responsibility of the manufacturer and will not be

involved ours.

Optical performance and the identification of a

lens must comply with European standards EN

ISO 14889 and EN ISO 8980 series. Physiolog-

ical compatibility, the degree of flammability of

materials used and the mechanical strength of

the eyepiece should be tested according to EN

ISO 14889. As for the absorption appearing in

this list refers to methods of test described in ISO

8980-3.

Tutte le lenti presentate su questo catalogo sono

conformi alle esigenze della direttiva europea

93/42 CEE relativa ai dispositivi medici in generale

ed in particolare alle lenti correttive di classe

1. La conformità dei nostri prodotti a questa

direttiva è attestata dalla presenza del marchio

CE sulla confezione della lente.

Le prestazioni ottiche e l’identificazione di una

lente devono essere conformi alle norme europee

EN ISO 14889 e la serire EN ISO 8980. La

compatibilità fisiologica, il grado di infiammabilità

dei materiali utilizzati nonché la resistenza

meccanica dell’oculare devono essere verificati

secondo EN ISO 14889.

Per quanto riguarda i valori di assorbimento

riportati nel presente listino si fa riferimento ai

metodi di prova descritti nella norma ISO 8980-3.

Indications for use Indicazioni d’usoThe M-Sol lenses range comprises various types

of products, mentioned on each label, for which

the following indications of maintenance apply :

// Finished uncoated Lenses:

no specific indications are foreseen.

// Finished Lenses with Antireflection coating:

to avoid surface abrasions, we recommen-

ded the use of a microfiber cloth to clean the

lenses.

For lens cleaning the use of neutral liquids,

water and/or soap is recommended avoiding

products containing solvents (for ex. Acetone)

The Class of lens colour must be verified to gua-

rantee the choice of the proper Device based on

Users requirements, according to the following:

// Filter class 0:

fit for driving during daylight and at night.

// Filter class 1:

fit for driving during daylight only.

// Filter class 2:


// Filter class 3:


// Filter class 4:

not fit for driving (neither during daylight nor

at night).

The lenses must be fitted on frames (Medical

device Class 1) marked CE, after edging.

Carefully read instructions concerning edging

process, reported in the Warning paragraph.

// Organic Lens:

Also suitable for rimless glasses, thanks to

the high resistance to drilling necessary for

fitting the lens on rimless frames.

La gamma Mondial-Sol si contraddistingue in varie

tipologie di prodotto delle lenti, indicate su ogni

etichetta, per ciascuna delle quali vanno rispet-tate le

seguenti indicazioni per la manutenzione:

// Lenti Finite Bianche:

Non sono previste particolari indicazioni.

// Lenti Finite con Trattamento Antiriflesso:

Per la pulizia delle lenti si consiglia di usare

un panno in microfibra per evitare abrasioni

alle superfici.

Per la pulizia si consiglia di non usare prodotti

contenenti solventi (ad es. Acetone) bensì neutri,

acqua e/o sapone.

Verificare la tipologia della classe di colorazione

della lente oftalmica al fine di garantire la corretta

scelta del dispositivo in funzione dell’utilizzo previ-

sto come di seguito indicato:

// Filtro classe 0:

idoneo guida notturna e diurna;

// Filtro classe 1:

idoneo solo guida diurna;

// Filtro classe 2:


// Filtro classe 3:


// Filtro classe 4:

non idoneo per la guida (nè diurna nè not-

turna).

Dopo la sagomatura, le lenti devono essere

inserite su montatura (Dispositivo Medico di

Classe 1) marcata CE. Per la sagomatura delle

lenti leggere attentamente le istruzioni riportate

nel paragrafo delle avvertenze.

// Lenti organiche:

Sono indicate anche per il montaggio su

occhiali “rimless”, data l’elevata resistenza

alla foratura richiesta per il montaggio.

The Medical device (lens) is not adapt for ex-

treme conditions of use which lens could cause

damage to the device itself and put the Wearer

in danger. In the event of lens undergoing Tint-

ing, the technician in charge of the process must

re-appoint the Class of filter of the lens and state

the same in the special declaration of conform-

ity in compliance with the law decree 24/02/97,

n.46 (and subsequent modifications) in accord-

ance with the Directive 93/42/CEE.

All uncut Finished Ophthalmic Lenses are pro-

vided to Wholesalers and Optical laboratories

therefore, notwithstanding the simplicity of the

procedure of edging, specialized personnel must

be involved in this process. The processing/

edging of lens must be carried out by means of

appropriate machinery equipped with refrigerant

(for ex. water) and speed/process control device

depending on the type of tool and lens material

involved, in order to avoid the alteration of the

characteristics shown on the label. The uncut

Finished Ophthalmic Lenses, coated and/or un-

coated, do not belong to the category of the Indi-

vidual Protection Devices. The process residuals

are to be considered as special waste material

and must be got ridden of/eliminated accordingly.

Il dispositivo medico (lente) non è destinato a

condizioni d’uso estreme, che potrebbero cau-

sarne un danneggiamento ed un rischio per l’u-

tilizzatore finale. Nel caso di successiva colora-

zione il tecnico responsabile del processo dovrà

attribuire nuovamente la categoria del filtro ed

indicarla in apposita dichiarazione di conformità

in accordo al Decreto Legislativo 24/02/97, n.46

(e successive modificazioni) di attuazione alla Di-

rettiva 93/42/CEE.

Le Lenti Oftalmiche Finite non sagomate sono

destinate esclusivamente ad ottici. Il processo di

sagomatura della lente, pur essendo semplice,

deve essere effettuato da personale specializzato.

Al fine di non alterare le caratteristiche riportate in

etichetta, la sagomatura delle lenti deve essere

eseguita mediante opportune apparecchiature

aventi le seguenti caratteristiche:

- liquido refrigerante (es. acqua) per la lavorazione - controllo della velocità/tipologia di lavorazione in

funzione dell’utensile e del materiale della lente.

Le Lenti Oftalmiche Finite non sagomate, trattate

e non, non appartengono alla categoria dei

Dispositivi di Protezione Individuali. Gli scarti di

lavorazione (sfridi) sono da considerarsi dei rifiuti

“speciali” e come tali devono essere secondo le

vigenti normative.

The merchandise will be at Client’s risk during

transportation unless a different term was agreed

prior to the shipment.

Payment must be made exclusively to Vendor’s

business address, nor will this clause be deemed

revoked by fact that Vendor has issued a Bill or

other documents on the Client. When 10 (ten)

days have elapsed from agreed payment date

overdue interests, in the amount of the current

bank rate plus 2%, will automatically be applied.

Deve essere fatto esclusivamente al nostro

domicilio, né questa clausola s’intenderà

derogata per il fatto che dalla nostra Ditta sia stato

emesso effetto, o altri documenti, sul compratore.

Decorsi 10 giorni dalla scadenza del termine di

pagamento pattuito, saranno automaticamente

addebitati gli interessi di mora nella misura del

tasso bancario corrente, maggiorato del 2%.

Delivery times are those agreed to with the Cli-

ent. Eventual delays, of which Client has been

promptly notified will not constitute resons for

request for damages or resolution, even partial-

ly, of the contract. Vendor will not be responsible

for late delivery or non - delivery of goods due

to causes beyond Vendor’s control, e.g. lateness

of supplier deliveries, lateness or difficulty with

transportation, machinery breakdown, incidents

caused by storms, strikes, tumult or any other

exceptional circumstances which create obsta-

cles in the manufacture or delivery of merchan-

dise. No compensation is payable for missed de-

livery within the times agreed upon. In the event

of pilferage, damages, shortages, etc., the Cli-

ent should write a statement before acceptance

of the merchandise and in the presence of the

transporter, describing the irregularities found

and damages sustained. The statement must be

according to the particular procedures required

in each individual case, (transport by rail, post,

courier, etc.). The Client should keep in mind if

no complaints is raised at the time of receipt of

merchandise, it will not be possible to obtain re-

imbursement from the transporter for damages

sustained.

3 / Delivery 3 / Consegna

La merce viene venduta per consegna nei

termini concordati con il cliente. Eventuali

ritardi, prontamente comunicati al cliente, non

danno luogo né a pretese di danni, né alla

risoluzione anche parziale del contratto. La

Nostra Società non risponde della mancata

o ritardata consegna di materiali dipendente

da cause di forza maggiore a seguito di ritardi

o difficoltà di traporto, guasti agli impianti,

incidenti causati da forze naturali, scioperi,

serrate, tumulti e qualsiasi altro ostacolo alla

fabbricazione e consegna, comunque tali eventi

colpiscano la nostra Società o Ditte nostre

fornitrici, e per qualunque altro caso fortuito o

di forza maggiore. Nessun indennizzo è dovuto

per la mancata consegna nei termini stabiliti. In

caso di manomissioni, avarie, ammanchi, ecc.

dovrà essere cura del destinatario far redigere

- prima del ritiro della merce ed in presenza

del trasportatore - regolare processo verbale

per l’accertamento delle eventuali irregolarità

riscontrate e dei danni subiti, secondo la

particolare procedura prevista nei singoli casi

(trasporti a mezzo ferrovia, a mezzo posta,

a mezzo corriere, ecc.). I Sigg. Committenti

vorranno tenere presente che, se nessuna

riserva sarà elevata dal destinatario all’atto del

ricevimento delle merci, non sarà possibile

ottenere dal trasportatore un risarcimento per

gli eventuali danni subiti.

Return of merchandise must have been previ-

ously authorized by Vendor and shipping charges

paid by Client.

Any discrepancies and /or defects in merchan-

dise ordered should be communicated in writ-

ing immediately or not later than 15 days from

receipt of same . For latent claims the terms of

law will apply. If a claim is received on time and

is justified, Vendor is liable for substitution of the

defective merchandise or reimbursement of rel-

ative cost of same, with the exclusion of com-

pensation for damages of any other nature. A

simple claim or dispute does not give the Client

the right to suspend payment of the invoice. All

written claims must report the exact quantity of

merchandise, date and invoice and specify the

reason for claim.

Any controversy will be judged by the Roma Court of Law. Both parties revoke and

renounce explicitly any other territorial authority.

Tutti i resi merce devono essere da noi

preventivamente autorizzati e spediti in porto

Nel caso di merce difforme dall’ordine e/o

difettosa, dovrà essere immediatamente fatto

reclamo scritto e comunque non oltre il termine

massimo di 15 giorni dal ricevimento del materiale

stesso. Per vizi occulti valgono i termini di legge.

Qualora il reclamo sia tempestivo e risulti fondato,

l’obbligo della nostra Società è limitato alla

sostituzione del materiale riconosciuto difettoso

oppure all’accredito del relativo importo, escluso

il risarcimento di danni di altra natura. Il

semplice reclamo o contestazione non dà diritto

al compratore di sospendere il pagamento delle

fatture. Tutti i reclami compilati devono riportare

con esattezza il quantitativo della merce, la

data ed il numero di fatturazione ed il motivo

specifico che ha provocato il reclamo.

Qualunque controversia sarà giudicata presso il

Foro di Roma, derogandosi e rinunciandosi dalle

parti esplicitamente ad ogni altra competenza

territoriale.
