If you need a universal tyre, then you don’t need to search any further - Scylla TD is the right choice for you . All-purpose and fast tread pattern is suitable for medium-heavy terrain with a harder surface . In combination with the dual compound it gives you reliable support while riding with plenty of grip even in a traverse or sharp corners . Optimally designed height and positioning of pattern figures brings all you need at once: low rolling resistance, speed, traction, both great acceleration and braking . An ideal choice for most tracks in Cross Country .

Hyperion TD was inspired by the successful mud tyre Charybdis TD . It takes the best from it and brings extra benefits . Slightly deeper pattern design for additional grip in wet or soft terrain, extended forward plate for better cornering stability, and three-direction grooves on knobs for increased riding confidence on solid obstacles . All this translates into better performance and security in demanding conditions .

MTB & CROSSCross Country (XC/XCO) and Cross Country Marathon (XCM) are the main disciplines for the use of tyres in the category MTB & Cross. Tyre constructions Tubeless Supra and Racing Pro combined with a special compound belong to the user level “Elite”, where they are classified as tyres with the highest available performance. These state-of-the-art tyres were tested by world top XC riders. Both “Hobby” level tyres (versions Sport) and Economy level (versions Classic or Pre-Classic) are designed for riding in the same terrain. WINTERRubena winter tyres offer the highest quality of spikes. The carbide tips in an alluminum body ensure the lowest possible weight and the highest wear resistance. The spikes can last several thousands of kilometers. The tips get gently abraded and slightly pushed into the tread knobs while riding but this has no influence neither on the riding comfort nor the spike performance. It is recommended that new tyres are allowed a 40-50km “bedding in“ period in order to allow the spikes to settle in their housings. No heavy braking or aggresive riding should be performed during this first period.The effectivness of spikes depends on their total number and allocation in the tread pattern. Generally, the best performance can be achived on packed snow and frozen tarmac. On the contraty, in deep snow or on cobblestones the effect is minimal. The performance of studded tyres is significantly influenced by the nflation pressure. LONG WAY (LW)Extremely thick approx . 4 mm rubber buffer produced from a special compound placed between tread and carcass . Thanks to its properties and size it prevents from puncture or cutoff by majority of sharp objects under standard usage . While riding in traffic riders safety is enhanced by reflex stripe applied on every STU tyre . The buffer increases stiffness and strength in the crown area and such reduces drag while keeping adhesion .

A band of approx . 1 mm thick special rubber placed between the tread and the carcass decreases the possibility of having a puncture (high structural strength and hardness) . It increases the rigidity and strength of the tyre crown, and decreases the tyre drag while maintaining the adhesive force .

Approx . 3 mm thick rubber buffer produced from a special compound, placed between tread and carcass . Due to its properties prevents from having puncture or cutoff and such eliminates risk of tyre defect while common using . It increases stiffness and strength in the crown area and such eliminates drag while keeping adhesion . Optimal properties are reached by application together with Long Way construction and with reflective stripe .

Puncture´s Fear (PF) – a band of a special textile produced from a special cross-textile placed between the tread and the carcass decreases the possibility of having a puncture (high strength and density) . It increases the rigidity and strength of the tyre crown, and decreases the tyre drag while maintaining the adhesive force . This antipuncture system does not significantly increase the weight of the tyre .

An extremely durable rubberized fabric with high-density polymer threads, protecting the entire sidewall and bead area . Its excellent elasticity characteristics and negligible weight maintain outstanding riding properties of the Tubeless Supra tyres . Textra dramatically increases resistance against sidewall cuts and abrasions, increasing strength and durability without significant weight addition . Textra tyres are primarily intended for riding and racing over rough terrain where they provide both superior reliability and ultra high performance .

The tyre is being double protected – by a rubber buffer (APS) bellow the tread pattern and by a specially treated textile which is placed in the whole tyre profile area . Thanks to the double protection is the tread protected in a maximum possible way from puncture and the specially treated textile protects the tyre in the sidewall area also from puncture . Tyres with this special protection are designed for very heavy terrain and service conditions where long durability, safety and reliability are required .

Reinforcement of the tube in the tread area makes the tube more resistant to pinch and puncture . The reinforcement offers higher resistance to the penetrating object . Reinforcement of the tube in the area of the rim arm markedly lowers the possibility of the puncture „snake bike“ . When running against a hindrance and during deformation of the tyre profile the tube walls strike against each other . The reinforced part of the tube is softer with higher flexibility and camber radius . This highers the tube wall interface, lowers the specific pressure and the puncture strength, which is dangerous for the inferior part of the tube profile, is subsequently lowered . This effect can be reached by null weight increase . This tube construction finds its use in extreme terrain conditions DH, FR, 4X and XC .

A preventive, gel-based compound with eco-fibers, binders, polymers and solidifying agents that bond together and seal punctures up to 3mm .
