Da allora il costante e naturale contatto con la gente della montagna ha contribuitoallo sviluppo di un prodotto vicinoalle vere esigenze degli sciatori.Ora la famiglia Trabucchi è in grado di offrire dei prodotti altamente specializzatiche fanno della SKI TRAB un’azienda leaderdel settore nello scialpinismo e nello sci da fondo.

TRADITION AND EXPERIENCESKI TRAB started up thanks to Giacomo Trabucchi’s intuition and enthusiasm. Trabucchi made his first solid wooden skis in 1946. The SKI TRAB factoryis based in Bormio, a renowned skiing resort, boasting a tradition of professionals and champions givento the world of sport.Since its beginning there has always beena constant and natural contact with mountain experts. This has helped to contribute in the realizationof the final product which meets the realskiers’ requirements. The Trabucchi familiy is nowable to offer high technical and specialized productsmaking SKI TRAB a leading firm in the ski touring, ski mountaineering and cross-country field.4

1. Ricerca ResearchLo sci viene progettato, costruito,analizzato e testato nella nostra sede di Bormio. Una sofisticata tecnologia per produrre gli sci pro-totipi e quindi testarli in laboratorio in ogni fase fisica e dinamica.

Ski Trab skis are designed, developed, manufactured and te-sted in our factory in Bormio.All ski prototypes and moulds are hand-made at Ski Trab using advanced technology that allows immediate physical, structural and dynamic testing in our world class laboratory.

Controllo qualità Quality AssuranceIn SKI TRAB ogni sci è sottoposto ad un accurato e metodico processo di controllo qualità in grado di monitorare ogni sin-gola fase di produzione.SKI TRAB ha dedicato molta attenzione alla formazione del personale e a sensibilizzare gli addetti alla qualità del prodotto. Massima attenzione viene dedicata ad ogni singolo sci. Le aste vengono singolarmente siglate dal team in ogni fase produttiva per garantire un controllo dettagliato.

At SKI TRAB each ski undergoes a detailed and systematic quality assurance process that monitors quality through each individual phase of production.SKI TRAB has taken great care in training its staff in the methods and understanding of quality as-surance and how important it is to build quality into every aspect of our skis. Every Ski Trab ski is built with pride and attention to detail and is individually initialled by the team that built it.

4. Finiture FinishingIl successo di uno sci dipende dall’attenzione che si dedica ai particolari. Lo SKI TRAB è perfetto in ogni parte, dalla struttura alla finitura delle lamine e della soletta.

The performance of a ski ultimately depends on the attention given to the final finishing details. Each part of a quality ski has to be perfect from the structure to the edge and base finishing.

Tradition and experience with the help of advanced machinery have permitted to develop a LIGHTWEIGHT TECHNOLOGY which doesn’t simply mean less weight.We have developed a special Aramid core combined with a high number of layers of compound materials providing for high structural strength and gradual flexibility till the tip of the ski.SKI TRAB Lightweight also means performance, easy-turning and above all reliability.
