El sistema NITROTHERMSPRAY de Eurosider Derivair ha revolucionado el pintado con pistola spray, un innovador método que ofrece alta calidad de acabado y real reducción de costes. Ambos, método y máquina tienen patentes internacionales.El sistema de Eurosider Derivair reemplaza el fl uido tradicional por aire fi ltrado comprimido con una pureza superior al 99,5% en Nitrógeno, este es limpio, seco y ionizado. El nitrógeno es anhidro e inerte y puesto que el nitrógeno producido se puede ionizar, este sistema elimina los problemas asociados con la humedad y la electricidad estática.El nitrógeno extraído por medio de selectivas permeabilizaciónes, está también libre de impurezas tales como polvo, aceite, hidrocarburos y otros contaminantes químicos presentes en las conducciones de aire. Esto signifi ca que la pintura no hace reacción ninguna con el fl uido que pasa a través de la pistola o du-rante la aplicación. Los resultados obtenidos con aplicaciones con disolvente y disolventes al agua han sido revolucionarios.Debido a la temperatura del nitrógeno reducimos la viscosidad de la pintura y la necesidad de solvente. En pruebas recientes de solvente, se redujo mas del 50%. En ciertos productos alto sólido por ejemplo, el solvente se elimina totalmente, de esta manera es posible reducir el número de manos de pintura y barniz para cubrir la pieza a pintar.Esto hace el pintado mas fácil y ha sido probado que acelera el brillo, el tiempo de evaporización y en particular reduce el efecto overspray (parte del abanico que no se aprovecha) donde con la eliminación de la electricidad estática hace que la pintura vaya a la pieza y haya menos derroche, un ambiente de trabajo mas limpio y menos contaminantes la atmósfera.Con el NITROTHERMSPRAY cada mano de pintura es aplicada rápidamente y sin alterar las propiedades de la pintura. Polvo, descuelgues, corridos, “piel de naranja” o “hervidos” pasan a ser efectos del pasado.Este sistema puede ser usado con todo tipo de compresores de aire, pinturas, pistolas de spray para el pintado y en cualquier temperatura. Donde hay mas de una cabina de pintado, la distribución del nitrógeno se realiza usando nuestro sistema Top Spray.

NITROTHERMSPRAY SYSTEM®

The NITROTHERMSPRAY SYSTEM by Eurosider has revolutionized spray painting with an innovative method that offers high quality fi nishing and real savings in costs. Both method and machine have USA and international patents.The Eurosider system replaces the traditional fl uid carrier of fi ltered compressed air with that of a nitrogen enriched one (up to 99,5%) that is clean, dry and ionized. Nitrogen is anhydrous, inert, and because the nitrogen produced is also ionized this system eliminates all problems associated with moisture and static electricity. The nitrogen extracted by means of selected permeation is also free from impurities such as dust, oil, oil fumes and other chemical contaminants present in the feed air. This means that the paint does not react in any way to the carrier as it passes through the spray gun or during application. The results had using both

solvent and water borne have been revolutionary. By heating the nitrogen we reduce the viscosity of the paint and the need for sol-vents. In recent tests solvent were reduced up to 50%. In fact with certain products, high solids for example, solvents were eliminated all together making it possible to reduce the number of coats of paint and varnish. This makes paint spraying easier and has proved to be decisive in accelerating fl ash off and evaporation times and in particular in reducing the overspray effect, where with the elimination of static electricity the paint goes further, lays down fl atter, and there is less waste, a cleaner working environment and fewer contaminants in the atmosphere. With Nitrothermspray each coat adheres to the surface being sprayed rapidly and without altering the properties of the paint. Sags, runs, drips and orange peel beco-me a thing of the past.This system can be used with all kinds of air compressors, paints, spray guns and in all temperatures. Where there is more than one spraybooth the distribution of nitro-gen is made simple by using our Top Spray system.
