Range of standard modules to send and receive data from tractor to tool. The modules offer up
to 20 meter range transmission without requiring any wiring other than the power supply cable
thereby supplying greater reliability, durability and easy detaching of the equipment. Especially
designed for network transmission, these modules employ a 2.4 GHz wireless technology.
Thanks to this system, additional devices can be networked and added over time.
At least 2 modules are required to achieve a full wireless connection, one module must be
installed on board of the tractor and the other on the equipment. Both modules are installed
using MC Electronics device connectors.
MC Electronics will be pleased to develop a limited supply of customized modules
for new and upcoming OEM applications.

newGSM_GPRS_GPS
The purpose of the localizer is to transmit to
an assigned server its GSP position at regular
intervals. This is carried out via a GPRS
connection using the SIM card where the
parameters required for its operation are stored.
At regular intervals, the localizer checks the
following items:
• any positioning or settings parameters received
via SMS;
• if it is located within the predetermined target
area.
The localizer also transmits the GPS position at
preset intervals for location traceability.
In the event of theft, if the device is located outside
of the preset target area, the localizer begins to
transmit the GPS position at short intervals (user
configured). The GPS data positioning packet
is transmitted via GPRS. The module transmits
the data positioning packet via SMN to a preset
number, assigned during device configuration, if
server or signal are not available.
A voice call can also be used to transmit the GPS position: by ringing
the number of the SIM card installed in the localizer once, the calling
number will receive an SMS message from the localizer signaling
the current GPS position. The device offers up to 4 digital inputs to
monitor the same number of data signals transmitting for example:
equipment’s start-up, access control, etc. The module can be
connected via serial interface to an external terminal supporting the
required communication system (for example supporting FTP and
TCP/IP protocols). The module can be setup (target zone, control
area, server’s IP address and other settings) via SMS messages. The
equipment is powered by a 12V ~ 24V power supply. The localizer can
also be powered using a 9 Volts rechargeable buffer battery allowing
for a limited time operation such as the emergency transmission of
an alarm condition due to main power supply failure.

Remote assistance service
The remote assistance service kit stems from an innovative project designed to supply final users with the promptest
and least expensive mobile equipment (new or operating products) technical servicing.
Thanks to the remote assistance service, all of the equipment’s main value readings can be monitored directly from the
authorized technician’s office PC while the equipment is operating and before visiting the customer.
When monitoring a sprayer, for example, the technician will be able to check such parameters as: liter per min. distributed
flow rate, working pressure, treated area, number of sprayed liters, etc., without leaving his office. This results in a cut
down on the amount of expenses, since on-site visits may not be required when problems often arise simply due to lack
of calibration or improper calibration of the equipment.
Once the transmitted data is received via GSM, the technician can often appropriately diagnose the equipment’s
condition or mechanical fault and is able to supply:
a) the final user with prompt instructions to avoid further damage to the equipment;
b) instructions on the operations that the user can carry out to solve the problem and check their effectiveness in real time;
c) when necessary, an accurate and realistic quote as far repair expenses and timing are concerned.
The technician will therefore be able to supply such a service without having to move from his office, removing servicing
expenses while assuring an effective service to the final customer. The kit includes: a data collection module with an
internal SIM-CARD and an antenna to be installed on the operating equipment - it also includes all of the required
connection wires as well as a dedicated software to be installed on the PC connected to the telephone line.

MC Electronics supplies only the electric and electronic components while teaming up to arrange the installation layout
required for the selected mechanic and hydraulic controls. During the development and designing phases, requirements are
assessed together with the customer.
As you can see from this image, the product is then developed with the outmost care, taking into account all of the equipment’s
features both from an ergonomic and a technical perspective. When designing its steering columns, MC Electronics takes
into account features such as offering the operator enough room to work under the best possible conditions and comfort,
excellent accessibility to the controls, dashboard installation beyond the steering wheel’s diameter for a greatly improved
view of the indicators (which is also installed slightly tilted towards the operator without excessively obstructing external
view). Even the steering column’s shape is utterly innovative and elegant: The recess-mounted dashboard can feature digital,
analogue or “mixed” indicators based on the customer’s choice and a removable glove compartment or a control panel
featuring additional controls, indicators, lights, etc. can be supplied on the front panel, right below the dashboard.

A new range of color and B&W LCD graphic displays, available in various
sizes starting from 128x64 pixels up to 10.4” VGA, suitable for outdoor
application thanks to their anti-glare feature.
These displays offer practical operation to the user and represent a
standard item range that any OEM should keep in stock thanks to the
powerful software which, in conjunction with the dedicated
control unit, is interchangeable on all kinds of equipment and
applications, managing all of the equipment’s functions.

Two Virtual Terminal models offer a mid range solution,
featuring 5.7” TFT color displays with 640 x 480 pixels
resolution (115 x 86 mm display area) and different
performances. Both models monitor all of the equipment’s
main operations employing only a CAN-BUS line and are
suitable for standard or customized installations.
The VT 877 model, targeted for operating or self-propelled
equipment applications, handles all of the most common

mm display area) is a good option. This fully configurable device can monitor the equipment’s value readings via the
CAN-BUS line or straight from the analog and digital inputs build-in the main connector.
This terminal can be configured to suit any application including for example engine monitoring, to check the most
standard value readings such as engine RPMS, water temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, etc.

Thanks to the latest technology, the WR 111 monitor
offers less wiring requirements since it can operate
employing only 4 wires (2 power supply wires and 2 CAN-
BUS network wires), or its own wireless network. Only
a 20 meters distance range is supplied with a wireless
connection and we recommend running a test (the CAN-
BUS network cable can be installed also at a later date)
before using such a connection since it cannot be assured
even within 20 meters with different application conditions
and different equipment. The customer will need to
decide which value readings should be displayed when
placing the order and then select the control unit which is
most suitable to the application. The smallest supplied kit
will therefore always comprise at least two components:
monitor and control unit. Wiring for the connection of
sensors and CAN-BUS line, can be carried out directly
by their installer who will be careful to use appropriate
connections based on the equipment’s operating condition
(for example IP67 waterproof connectors, etc.).
The parallel connection of more than one WR111 monitor
can be carried out on the same CAN-BUS or wireless line
in order to achieve full multifunctional monitoring of the
equipment.

The high-performance CAN-BUS technology MCK 24000 CB monitor (requiring only 4 wires for tractor-seed drills connection),
shows up to 24 rows at the same time through a bar graph LCD display. It also controls the amount of applied weed-killer or
fertilizer, as well as the full range of data illustrated in the chart. A standard control unit with wiring based on the number of
required rows must be installed on board of the seed drill. This device also offers the possibility to add 48 additional photocells
replacing 24 of the fertilizer inputs and 24 of these weed-killer inputs thereby controlling up to 72 rows. With this configuration
an additional dedicated control unit must be installed; a simple ON/OFF switch will control the additional 48 photocells.

The new generation CAN-BUS technology MCK 40 CB monitor is able to display up to 40 row sowing faults at the same
time. One of its special features is its capability to be employed with large sized seed drills without requiring traditional and
cumbersome wiring. This product requires only special CAN-BUS intelligent photocells to operate. No need to install a control
unit on-board of the seed drill, the interconnected photocells are this device’s actual wiring.

The “tram-line” MCK 2500 monitor is installed on board of pneumatic seed drills. It is used to perform an automatic row shut-off near the tractor wheels in order to get a non-sown row to be used as “a path” for the sprayer’s subsequent passage, and employs the TCS 2300 electrovalve series that close seed flow in order to leave specific rows (2 to the right and 2 to the left) without seeds. This device also shows all of the required sowing functions via an LCD display.

This device monitors liters/hectare product application quantity which is proportional to the equipment’s advancing speed using three independent flowmeters sensors. The flowmeters are simply installed in series to each section pipe and a speed sensor is installed on the tractor’s wheel.

These weed-killer/pesticide application motorized electric
valve units are formed by modular sections that can be
combined based on customer requirements. The units allow
for greater operating precision and speed as well significant
reduction in wasted product/expenses with low maintenance.
When suitably connected to the MC Electronics computers,
valves also provide automatic product distribution regulation
which is proportional to the equipment’s advancing speed

MCK 7500 COMPUTER
Thanks to its large LCD display, the new Irrigacontrol MCK 7500 universal programmer is able to display the irrigated area and the area to be irrigated as well as to simultaneously control and display up to 5 irrigated zones with different timings by setting the meters and hose rewind time. Control is achieved by detecting the hose travel speed using a dedicated sensor installed on the irrigation hose. The unit is fitted with two programmable outputs controlling the 12 Volts electric valves that by-pass water output during the adjustment and the START/STOP diverter valve. This device also displays the number of unwound hose meters, operating time, remaining time and beginning/ending pause.

amount of product. The applied amount
is calculated (Kg/ha) either proportionally

Thanks to this computer, the operator
can individually setup the amount that is
spread on the left and right sections and
compensate field edge applied amounts.
Control is achieved using two motorized
electric feedback actuators that regulate
the spreader’s application by opening and
closing the spreading slots.

Fertilizer spreaders
Computer for dual spinning disc fertilizer spreaders used to apply the required amount of product (calculated in Kg/ha) proportionally to the equipment’s advancing speed (DPA System). Control is achieved using two electric actuators that regulate the spreader’s product output slots. In addition to regulating the output slots, this device assures the spreader’s appropriate rotation signaling any fault with an alarm buzzer thanks to a sensor installed on the PTO drive. This computer features automatic or manual mode operations and allows you to monitor the number of applied hectares, total applied product quantity and signals fertilizer tank close to being empty.

By enabling two linear actuators, the new generation CAN-BUS MC 1502 monitor adjusts the upper and lower sieve tilting angle straight from the tractor’s cabin. The actuator automatically adjusts the set position based on the opening width percentage set by the operator. MCK 2300 CLUTCH CONTROL MONITOR
The MCK 2300 monitor controls up to seven rotating shafts of any operating equipment at the same time. To prevent damage to the equipment, an alarm buzzer is triggered when any shaft is lower than the set threshold. To further prevent equipment damage, the unit also displays high-temperature triggered alarms (ON/OFF) which are usually inserted into the gearboxes.

The MC 3000 compact (100x50 mm) hectare counter is employed mostly with mechanic or pneumatic seed drills to control partial and total treated areas. Two values are set for calibration: operating width and wheel circumference. Two versions are available: the MC 3000 A version which is connected to the tractor’s battery and the MC 3000 B version with batteries included in the hectare counter housing (battery life of approx. 5 years to 200 hours/year).

SCH_1LCD_7SP ENGINE CONTROL PANEL
An engine controller ideally suited for thermal engine’s start-up (gasoline or diesel), shut-down and monitoring operations used with various mechanic devices for agricultural, automotive, earth-moving and industrial applications. This new product stems from the actual need shown by a number of customers operating in the wood chopping equipment industry and equipment employed to remove freshly cut branches. These customers would have liked the availability of a single separate device with the following features: control engine start-up and shut-down, signal main alarm events (excessive temperature, low oil pressure, etc.), display engine RPM. Another need was for features able to prevent thermal engine and mechanic transmission damage under excessively severe working conditions. This is why the SCH-1LCD-7SP engine controller can actually control the fuel pump electrovalve and shut-down the engine based on 3 different programmable logic methods when severe alarm events occur (though oil pressure, excessive refrigerating temperature, air filter clogging and alternator recharging). During excessively hard working conditions instead, the SCH-1LCD-7SP is able to disconnect the thermal engine from the equipment using the dedicated safety and left of all which is available with two different programmable logic methods. The SCH-1LCD-7SP engine controller is enclosed in a sturdy and compact aluminium housing, ideally suited also for outdoor applications with vibrations, dust and adverse weather conditions.

General terms of supply
00 - GENERAL DISPOSITIONSAll transactions for the supply of any goods by us will be deemed to be agreement to these general terms of supply. Any condition of a Purchaser’s order in conflict with or additional to these general terms of supply is not accepted unless previously agreed otherwise in writing.
01 – ORDERS AND PRICESAll the orders are subject to our evaluation and acceptance. Any order may be varied or cancelled by the Purchaser in writing and will be so only after our consent. We reserve the right to charge any out-coming cost due to such variation or cancellation taking into account expenses incurred and commitments made by us and all other losses. Prices do not include V.A.T. and refer to packaged units.
02 - TECHNICAL DATA AND APPLICATIONSTechnical data specified in our literature, are to be intended as indications. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to make to any data all the no essential variations or improvements that we deem useful and convenient. For information related to any technical feature and product specific application field, always refer to our technical handbook and strictly follow the instructions reported thereon.
03 - DELIVERY DATESDelivery dates shall be treated as barring accidents and as estimates only. Delays cannot lead either to Purchaser’s cancellation of the contract or claim for damages and/or interests. If we are unable to deliver all or any part of an order for any reason beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel the order or any undelivered balance by notice in writing and the Purchaser shall have no claim for or arising out of our inability to supply.
04 - DELIVERY TERMSIf not otherwise agreed in writing on the subject, the delivery term of our goods is always ex our factory and shipping rest at Purchaser’s risk and danger even when goods are sold free destination, unless the In.Co.Terms I.C.C. 2000 delivery terms are expressly named.
05 - PAYMENT TERMSPayment terms, as agreed by the parties, must be binding. If the payment conditions are not respected, we shall act for the settlement of the price as well as additional expenses and default interests calculated on the bank rate named Prime Rate ABI plus five points. In such cases we will have the right to consider the other open contracts and open orders as cancelled or suspended by Purchaser’s fault releasing us from any obligation. We will also have the power to ask the Purchaser for payment in advance on any other eventual open supply. Any sale is to be meant in accordance with the conditional sale pact in our favour as per the Italian code of law art. 1523 and followings, therefore the property of materials is ours until the total price has been paid.
06 - CLAIMSAll claims are to be made us by written notice within 8 days from the date of arrival of the goods. In case of loss, deficit, damage, etc., the Purchaser has to make prompt note to the forwarder.
07 - RETURNED GOODSNo returned goods will be accepted without previous claim notice by the Purchaser and without our written instructions authorizing to return such goods. Goods to be returned must be carriage paid, free of any additional cost and properly packaged. No returned goods from third parties will be accepted.
08 - GUARANTEEAny product manufactured by MC elettronica S.r.l. is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of production, which can be read on the label stick on each item. During such a period we commit ourselves to repair or at our convenience replace, free of charge, in the shortest possible time, those parts which prove, in our judgment, to be defective in design or material or workmanship under normal and proper use unless such defects to be caused by incorrect installation, misuse, natural wears, corrosion, failures due to inexpertness or negligence by the Purchaser, overloads beyond the indicated limits, unjustified interventions, tampering or acts of God. If a defect should develop within the guarantee period, products must return at Purchaser’s risk and free to our factory or appointed assistance centers, where they will be checked and repaired or replaced according to our judgment (our guarantee covers both spare parts and labor). Possible requests for local assistance will generate costs related to two ways trip expenses, food, lodge and travel time of our personnel, to be charged to the Purchaser. Repairing or substitution in conformity to our guarantee terms, do not extend or restart the guarantee period. Any part of or complete component replaced, become of our property. In case of repairing or substitution we do not consider ourselves as liable for direct or indirect damages of any nature or reason. Labor costs related to the unit substitution in the Purchaser’s equipment to be borne by the Purchaser. Should the Purchasers not respect the payment conditions, they will automatically lose the right to the guarantee. Any guarantee will involve MC elettronica S.r.l. and the Purchaser only, excluding therefore any relationship with the end user unless this one is the Purchaser himself.
09 - COMPETENT COURT AND ARBITRATIONAny controversy arising from supplies ruled by the present terms will be regulated by the Italian Law to which these terms shall in all respects be construed and operated in accordance with. The sole competent jurisdiction Court will be Rovigo - Italy. Whenever agreed by the parties, as alternative to the common jurisdiction, any controversy may be submitted to the Rovigo Chamber of Commerce and settled in accordance with the simplified Unioncamere Conciliation and Arbitration Rules.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION: LEGISLATIVE DECREE n° 675/1996 POLICY.The provided personal data, including data provided verbally directly or through third parties, regarding the current relationship will be handled based on contractual and connected legal requirements as well as to efficiently manage, maintain and continue the sales relationship. The data will be handled in a lawful manner, with fairness and the outmost confidentiality. It will be recorded, organized and preserved on computerized documents and/or paper. Access and consultation to these documents is limited to the individuals responsible for the handling of personal data. Data may be transmitted to controlled, controlling and connected companies as well as to external parties carrying out specific tasks on behalf of our company. MC Elettronica S.r.l., with head offices in via E Fermi 450/486, 45024 Fiesso Umbertiano (RO) Italy, shall be the owner of such data and its legal pro-tempore representative is responsible for data handling. Your company may exercise its rights regarding such data as provided by Art. 13 of the 675/1996 legislative decree. In compliance with Art. 20 of the aforementioned law, the absence of a prompt contrary notification, constitutes your acceptance of the above.
