Prime Customer Services Limited (PCSL) was founded in financial year
2007. Today PCSL is at the leading edge of providing one stop solutions to
various small, medium and large scale companies to help them define,
develop and bring to market system management and availability solutions
that meet the needs of their customers in agriculture, logistics, processing and
ware housing & manpower services. PCSL leverages its strength by
specialising in the Sourcing, Processing and Distribution of Agro Products on
Global level.
PCSL feels proud to be getting listed on BSE platform by launching SME
– IPO in March 2017.
With a strong Backward Integration & having a team of sourcing experts,
PCSL continuously tries to get best quality F&V directly fresh from farm to
its customers or end users. We supply products for Retail, Modern Trade,
HoReCa, Foodservice, Wholesale, Governments and Manufacturing
customers on regular basis. Food Safety & Traceability are our priority.
PCSL is having its state of art food processing unit at Ahmedabad for storage
of various Fruits & Vegetables & Processed material. The processing unit is
strategically located near APMC Market of the city, with all modern
equipments for handling & storage of Fruits & Vegetables. It’s a Complete
Integrated Pack House having facilities such as Pre-cooling & Ripening
Chamber, Sorting/Grading, Processing, Packing and Dispatch area separately
maintained with the help of skilled labor. Besides this the company has its
own export department supplying fresh fruits & vegetables to various markets
such as Gulf, Europe & Canada. PCSL is committed to offer our customers
most innovative, fresh, consistent & competitively priced products under
one roof

HUB & VALUE CHAIN MODEL (HVCM)
The procurement includes purchase from leased farmers, contract
farmers, direct farmers, agents as well as APMC.
Procured Material is supplied in PCSL’s trucks from various
designated areas or collection centres to the HUB (Central Processing
Centre - Jamalpur) for further Processing.
The further processing is made at HUB which includes Unloading,
Sorting, Grading, Pre-cooling, Ripening, Stripping, and Packaging with
the help of experienced labour force.
At Hub the material is received and processed a day before it is
despatched to the various ends.

HUB further supplies the packed material in stackable plastic crates,
pallets and corrugated fibber board boxes via small trucks
The buying end would include following:
o Exporters
o Retail Stores / Modern Trade
o Processors
o Online/D2D Sellers
o Whole sellers APMC (Local + Out station)
o Cart Vendors
The Retailer/Modern Trade in this model disposes the Life-expiring
material to nearby Cart – Vendors or else it is send back to HUB (next
day when fresh material is unloaded at store) which further is either
sold to Cart – Vendors or else dumped as and when required
Material as per the quality is distributed as per the requirement of all
buyers in following Despatch patterns
o Exports/Exporter: Material with A Quality will be despatched to the
destination where asked for by the buyer
o Processors: Material with B & C quality is send to the processor
o Retailers: The A quality material over here is distributed by small trucks
in early morning hours and kept in a appropriate display in retail counter
where as life-expiring material is send back to hub.
o Whole sellers: Material in excess or B & C quality will be sending to the
whole sellers or APMC market in Ahmadabad or outstation as well.
o Cart Vendors : Again a last source or whenever the materials is in excess,
material could be sold to cart vendors
