Dear colleagues.

In this catalogue we show the most interes ng and im-portant projects in the field of design and manufacture of metering and mixing OSV machines.

Since December 2006 when our engineers assembled the first machine for processing of two-components polyu-rethane compound we have produced a few hundreds of cas ng machines for a number of applica ons.

Some of OSV machines are in serial produc on, and some we produce in accordance to individual inquires and specialized technical tasks. But for both of them we try to walk in our clients' shoes every me we design a new product to understand exactly what does our clients need, what will be useful to apply or what must be declined.

To design and build reliable and e ec ve equipment we pay a lot of our a en on to R&D ac vity, learn a wide range of raw materials in prac ce. Our own experience in raw materials processing allows us to understand be er all issue of design and opera on of our equipment.

Н40 is from a brand new Series of high pressure metering and mixing machines for processing of the wide range of PU foams — rigid, flflexible, and integral skin.

Equipped with DUT Korea mixing heads H Series machinescould be built to fifit any technical specifification. H Series machines are used as a sole casting station or as a part ofproduction line in the range of applications such as sandwichpanels, doors, furniture, architecture, engineeringparts, etc.

Combi is the complex of technological equipment for manufacturing of products consisting of mineral fillers and liquid binders. The equipment allows adjusting the dosage of fillers of different fractions and colors, as well as controlling the ratio of minerals and binder - polyurethanes, epoxy and polyester resins. This technology enables to produce a wide range of composite products - washstands, reception desks, tabletops, steps and window sills, items of engineering purposes - abrasive materials, building products, and housing elements.

S400Low pressure machine for PU foams and elastomers cas ng

S400 Is a new generation of multi-function metering and mixing equipment able to work with polyurethane foams and elastomers, siliocne rubbers, and epoxy resins.

In number of applications S400 is a part of productionslines such as automotive fifilters, souvenirs, abrasivetods,etc. Modular design of the machine allows to updateit’s basic confifiguration in order to encrease range of it’sparameters such as output, heating temperature, dynamicor static mixing, etc.

Mini Dynamica has been designed as the next genera on of compact mixing and metering machines a er Mini AB model and provides more func ons to the end users.

L3000 is a mul -task produc on line, which provides solu on for three things — metal sheets, pipes, and rolls lining. Origi-nally it has been developed for repairing of seeds transferring system but some next applica ons were in other industries such as prin ng rolls, water transferring, mining industry, etc.
