Our grinders are perfect due to its simplicity, compactness, universalism, solidity

and convenience. The grinders works in vertical and horizontal position. It has

Cantoni 1,5Kw ( 2,2 Kw optional) three-phase motor drive with IP55 enclosure from

“CANTONI MOTOR” and AC Variable Speed Drive OPTIDRIVE E2 IP66 enclosure

from “INVERTEK”.

These machines a designed for small workshops and craftsmen, they do not

always have three phases. The machine will be powered by 220-volt household

socket. The following component's protection helps the grinder to work ignoring

dust and splatters.

The position of the reference table is adjusted in three axes (WRA-S or WRA-

U). Contact wheel diameters are from 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350 and 400 ( 400

- only for models UTV-2000 and UTV-2000C and belts lenght 50x2000 ) mm, ability

to work on flat surface, work with roller diameters from 18mm to 50mm.

Default each machine comes with work rest WR-C or WR-U, at the option of

the buyer.

The use of the Hollow Grinding fixture cuts grinding time considerably. It will allow you to grind

straight or recurved blades quickly and accurately, just replace your work rest with the angle

bracket. The fixture is adjustable to thicknesses up 8mm of blade stock and can grind blades of

any length. You can flat grind using your AP-230 or hollow grind with any wheel from our

assortment. The blade is moved in the fixture by hand. Designed for use with 50 wide belts.

Allows the use of industrial magnetic chuck or vise. Workpiece length - 350mm, thickness - up

to 50mm. Positioning accuracy - 0.01 mm.

Placing your order in any form you AGREE with all the conditions!

2. SALES AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Sales and purchase agreement shall be executed upon acknowledgement of the overall terms

and conditions as a deal conclusion by confirmation of order placing, sales or delivery

confirmation.

3. AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

If we find out that after signing of a contract the subject of sale is absent or can’t be delivered by

other reasons we are entitled to provide equivalent production or withdraw from a contract.

Payments received upon the contract shall be immediately returned to the customer, reserving

the right to sell the equipment ordered by the customer.

4. ORDER’S LIABILITY EXCEPTANCE

Offers given at our Internet-pages shall be definitely regarded as unguaranteed! We shall reserve

the right to alter the appearance and technical specifications of the machines. Prices changed

after entering the contract shall not be regarded as the reason for its alteration.

Mailbox delivery or delivery on call is impossible.

Wholesale purchase in the quantity more than required to a single purchaser is possible only

after negotiations with the customer. Under usual conditions we supply our production only to

the final customer in single quantities.

5. MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

6. MANUFFACTURING ACCORDING TO CUSTOMER DRAWINGS

Not applicable.

7. TERMS OF DELIVERY

All orders shall be sent as soon as possible. Nevertheless, we should note that terms of delivery

depend on availability of materials, delivery terms of our suppliers and speed of transport

company. That is why delivery terms of 6-8 weeks are not final.

We are unable to send on Saturdays, Sundays and on holidays!

We are not responsible for mistakes made by delivery service.

8. PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Advance payment - 100%.

Upon money receipt on our account your order shall be immediately commenced and we take

all efforts to execute the order and send it as soon as possible.

9. DELIVERY

Transportation charges shall be paid by the customer. В заказе delivery costs or transport

charges shall be indicated separately in the order. They may differ upon the weight of cargo and

delivery. There is a reference point for it in the order form.

We reserve the right to choose transport or mailing company.

10. RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return the purchased product without written explanation within 14 days

since the moment of the order receipt. The product shall be returned unaffected in original

unaffected packing. Transport charges shall be paid by you with no reimbursement. Liability on

repayment shall be carried out within a month period. In case of undeniable usage traces (except

for functional testing operations) or product damage we reserve the right to retain money

compensation from the repayment assets.

11. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

Warranty for contact wheels and rollers – 12 months, for bearings, frequency inverter and

electric motor – 36 months, for remaining parts – 5 years. We sell consumable materials and

spare parts only here! After expiration of a guarantee period we provide for post-warranty

support of the customers, who purchased the equipment right from our place. Warranty covers

machines and components purchased directly at the website. Warranty periods are effective

irrespective of resale of the equipment and shall not be extended. Other customer’s demands

without reference to legal foundation shall be excluded.

We are not liable for damages resulted by improper handling of our production. We are not liable

for damages not occurred in the supplied product by natural reason! We are not liable for lost

profit or other financial loss of the purchaser. We are not liable for any harm resulted by use and/

or machining of the product supplied. We are not liable for errors in E-shop’s functions. We are

not liable for data and mistakes at the transmission stage. In spite of thorough checking we are

not liable for the accuracy of information about production and prices.

Please, note that image may differ from real production. We are liable only for deliberate or gross

carelessness from our party.

12. REPAIR

Nevertheless if any equipment’s elements purchased from us break down one day we will

probably be able to repair this. Also we will be glad to accept the product if required to send it

for repair works to the manufacturer or supplier. Please, briefly inform us and we will give you

valuable advice how to act further.

We reserve the right to meet repair expenses provided they are out of conditions given in

paragraph 11. Product return after repair shall be carried out for free.

13. DELIVERY

Please, pay attention at delivery completeness! Should the packing be damaged accept the

delivery only under reservations and make a reclamation to the transport company.

14. PRICES

All previous prices shall be recognized invalid upon new price modernization at E-shop. Prices

given at E-shop are final and subject to change only in cases mentioned in the remarks column in

the order form.

Errors and mistakes’ correction, price changes and products’ alteration shall be carried out

without prior notification.

15. RECEIPTS

Please, keep all the invoices and receipts including sent ones via e-mail in paper form! They may

stand as important purchase fact in case of reclamations or for insurance purposes.

17. LAWS AND REGULATIONS

The Czech Commercial Law is applicable except for the UN Law on Sales.

18. CHANGES AND ALTERATIONS

Deviations from the present Condition of Use shall be effective only upon written confirmation

of our party.

19. SEVERABILITY

Provided one or more of the abovementioned articles stand as or become ineffective and

discover equivocation, the remaining provisions remain in force. The effective provision as a

substitute for ineffective one is the provision to settle the both parties. The same is applicable to

dittology provisions.
