Founded in 1990, DIMPEXP specializes in trade relations between China and Europe. Originally within the raw materials sector (minerals), since 1995 the company has focused on manu-factured industrial products. We produce and import a wide range of brass plumbing fixtures for heating and sanitary. Our cat-alogue comprises a comprehensive range of brass ball valves and fittings, along with a specialized range for heating and sanitary systems. The headquarters of the company are located in the heart of Paris, France, where a small team is responsible for the administering and marketing of products. DIMPEXP has a manufacturing plant that produces ball valves and brass tap fittings. The production unit, HONGXI VALVE CO. LTD is located in the Longxi Area, Yuhuan County in Zhejiang Province, China. HONGXI VALVE CO. LTD was originally certified ISO 9001 : 2000 by the German la-boratory TÜV NORD and since 2010 has been certified ISO 9001:2008. The manufacturing quality was inspected, verified and certified by Danish Technological Institute (D.T.I) in 2011. We believe in using two quality-control teams: - DIMPEXP's quality-control department undertake daily controls on all the products we sell, wheth-er they are from Hongxi Valve's production, or from a subcontracting factory. - In addition, HONGXI's quality-control team, consisting of employees from Hongxi Valves, controls strictly the HONGXI Valves' production, from start to finish. From the beginning of its history, DIMPEXP has focused on quality which has brought acknowledgement from many clients. Our manufacturing process, quality control process, and civil liability insurance allow our company to offer unique services. We have developed a substantial ex-pertise in pipework, in over 12 years the official ball valve supplier of French giants BROSSETTE and DSC, which both belong to POINT P/SAINT-GOBAIN .

Despite its relatively recent creation, our company has had a diverse history. Here we present a time line of the key stages of our development.

1990 .................................................................................................... Dimpexp was co-founded by current C.E.O. Ruixi Dou and Groupe SCMM-René Aumas’ C.E.O.

Jean Pierre Rozan. We set up as an import–export company specializing in Chinese industrial products: refractory

products, and industrial pigments. Thanks to its work ethic, Dimpexp has earned the trust of Saint-Gobain, Lafarge for refractory

products, and of Colas, Vinci, Eiffage, ELF Aquitaine, BASF and Kronospan for pigments. 1996 ..................................................................................................... A strategic turning point: Dimpexp embarks upon manufactured goods. The firm supplies petroleum flanges to Trouvay & Cauvin (a premier French piping group). 1997 ..................................................................................................... Saint-Gobain Development recommends Dimpexp to recognised French fitting manufacturer

We, Dimpexp, hereby certify that all of our products undergo a quality control procedure allowing us to monitor

different stages of production.

One of our major assets is our double control process:

The Internal Control Team, consisting of employees of the factory carrying out controls on a daily basis.

Added to this team is the DIMPEXP Control Team, which is independent from our valves factory: six employees

present on-site in China verify different steps of the production process. They operate both within HONGXI

VALVE, and the two factories we subcontract a part of our production to.

HONGXI VALVE has been certified ISO 9001-2008 by German laboratory TÜV. Plus being certified, an overall

ISO control takes place every year.

Sanitary Conformity has been granted in France to the entirety of our products:

A.C.S. certification N° 10 ACC LI 027 (Certification de Conformité Sanitaire).

Every single bar of brass is examined, using a Finnish-made XMET–300tx type METOREX spectrometer.

We mean to use much heavier presses than those used by our fellow Chinese, in order to guarantee a satisfying

resistance.

Our brass (both CW617N and CW602N) is subjected to a heat treatment. Every pieces, once forged, are placed in a furnace where they follow an annealing: they are maintained between 450 and 500°C during 4 hours. Eventually the products enjoy a much more malleable brass, which means less brittle.

Threading and tapping are verified using regularly replaced, French/swiss-made GO and NO-GO plug and ring

gauges.

Valves assembly is carried out by machines in order to ensure fitting regularity.

Double Control: 100% of our valves is checked carefully under pressure without handles, then under pressure with

handles.

Lastly, from each packaged valve bundle we take one piece out and carry out a test of resistance to torque, thanks to

a dynamometer. This latter test ensures the assembly sturdiness.

Equipped with an inkjet printer, we have created a tagging system which allows us to trace all of our products

(manufacturing date is written on each valves).

In comparison to the majority of our fellow Chinese manufacturers, we have the opportunity to offer to our customers

the best after-sale service thanks to our membership to a French insurance. Dimpexp is backed by a liability insurance

policy covering any potential significant risks, before and after deliveries.

The following table provides the ceilings, according to the nature of damage. If damages occur from/to our products

during their warranty period, we cover the cost related to Dimpexp products themselves and our insurance covers the

other costs including the operating loss of your company and/or any other company involved.
