T-Slot: T-Slot is the same size for all profiles, with a width of 8.5 mm. The T-Slots are sized for

standard M8 with head 13mm and standard nuts with an outer dimension of 13 mm.Square and hexagonal nuts and screws cannot twist in the T-Slot. Standard 5/16fasteners are also suitable for use in allprofile T-Slots.

Fastening ElementsThe profile system has oneT-Slot for all sizes of extrusions. All T-Slots are designed for standard nutsand screws. Standard screws of M8and 5/16 are used.

All fastening elements are corrosionprotected. The necessary planningand processing for profileconnections is minimal. Joints usingangles and brackets are not required.

Standard Fasteners need 1thread M8. There is no othermachining required. The thread M8must be processed by using a threadformer in order to achieve highertensile strength in the thread area.

The bore 7.5 is designedaccordingly. Bolt and butt fastenersneed step drilling with a special stepdrill. All joints are adjustablein the T-Slot. This allows easyadjustment of profiles or attachments.Large profiles may be connected byusing multiple fasteners.

Panel Elements

There are two assembly modes that haveto be distinguished: The mounting ofelements into the profile T-Slot and thesubsequent attachment of panelelements.

The mounting of elements into the T-Slot has to be pre-planned.

It is recommended that elements be assembled in a complete frame that canbe fitted into existing constructions. This assembly method is of particular usefor large panel elements, corrugated mesh and sealing constructions.

Subsequent mounting of panel elements is easier to perform and causes lessdamage.

Mounting of Panel Elements into Profile T Slot

Cover Profiles

Panel elements of max. 6 mm thickness can be mounted directly into theprofile T-Slot by using Cover Profile PVC.

Allow an enlargement of panel element in x and y direction of + 25 mm (2x T-Slot depth)

Insert Seals

Sheet material, plastic panels, and panes, etc. from 2 to 6 mm (1/8 to )can easily be mounted and sealed with insert seals. The seals aresubsequently pressed into free space between panel element and profile T-Slot with a blunt tool made from wood or plastic.
