The cantilever model-R cubicle partitions for large stock are made from 2” tubing (ø 60,3 mm, wall thickness 3,65 mm). The large head opening from the bedding allows the animals to stand up a great deal easier. The shape of the partition provides support and guidance to the animals allowing them to lie straight in the cubicles. This in turn makes for cleaner cubicles.

The importance of the well-being of cows is getting more and more clear. The positive effects will not only increase the health, but also the results. The most important feature required from the “ironwork” on the cubicles is that the cows are being guided as good as possible. In such a way that they will lie down properly next to each other “like cigars in a box”. And preferably with their behind slightly over the rear edge. Furthermore we would like to offer the animals freedom as much as possible. Especially towards the front there should not be any obstacles. And not too expen-sive please. The brisket concrete cubicle concept intends to satisfy those demands by letting the floor and the cubicle partition work together.

By applying the brisket concrete elements a rounded cow-friendly thres-hold will prevent cows from sliding too much to the front. As the concrete elements are completely closed, it will not be a breeding place for bacteria as a result of saliva. The co-operation between the brisket concrete and the cubicle partition can also be found in the fact that the reised concrete is an ideal foundation for the ironwork. As a result of this the support posts and mounting tubes, which are commonly used to fasten the cubicle partitions, are no longer needed. On the one hand this results in a price advantage, because we need less tubing, on the other hand the cows now get a completely free headspace, as in a pasture.

The cantilever R-cubicle partition, known and praised for its excellent stee-ring and the straight lying position of the cows, now bent from one piece and equipped with an animal-friendly nylon band. To the front this partition is fully open, so the cows can freely stand up and lie down. To the side the partition is closed, so the cows will lie straight. And ... flexible: the partition that follows the cow when lying down and standing up. As an option it can be equipped with a high knee board.

The model-R cubicle partitions are suitable for the heaviest cows and they are supplied with a large head opening. The rear leg is placed far towards the front, minimising the risk of corrosion through the action of manure. The model-R cubicle partitions have a foot plate with holes in triangular arrangement for extra stability. European patent number 0057490.

The cubicle partitions for large stock are made from 2” tubing (ø 60,3 mm, wall thickness 3,65 mm). The mounting plate is mounted with use of threaded straps, which makes the shoulder bar adjustable. With cross holes for fitting to hori-zontal tubes or support posts.

Accessories for cubicle partitions


In order to increase the well-being of cows, there are several accesso-ries available. The synthetic partition wall is particularly suited to serve as an end wall in a row of cubicles. Thus, drafts in the first stands can be drastically reduced and also when the cubicles are situated next to a water reservoir the beddings keep perfectly dry. With its smooth finish, the synthetic wall can be cleaned adequately and fast. This synthetic material is resistant to slurry and moisture. When using stand retainers the cows will lie down in the right way. This will increase comfort and hygiene.

A good floor covering helps you to maximise the performance of your cows. Research has shown that cows appreciate the comfort of a soft bedding. They stay longer in the cubicles and use less phy-sical energy. As their well-being improves, they are less susceptible to stress and are more resistant to infections and thus are healthier. And, after all, a healthy cow is a profitable cow.

Practice has learned that cows rest on these mattresses for as much as up to 16 hours per day. Ruminating in a lying position is more effective, it stimulates the blood circulation in the udder and the legs will be relieved when the cows are lying. The cop cover is a thick rubber mat supplied on a roll. It is strong, it retains moisture and it is easy to clean. The underlay is a mattress of 100% polyurethane foam. Independent research by the German DLG has shown that this material best keeps its flexibility. Cow have excellent grip on the mattress system. They can easily stand up and lie down, thus redu-cing worn patches on the joints.

Burled rubber

This burled rubber mat is deliverd on rolls, provided with a fabric inlay and made of new rubber with only a small percentage of regenerate. The mat can be fixed with hammer screws incl. washer, to be mounted each 25 cm, with a minimal distance of 10 cm from the front of the mat. A more luxuri-ous way of fixing is the stainless steel corner strip, with which you fasten the mat and at the same time seal it a the front.

Polysoft cubicle floor covering system


The well-being of cows is fortunately getting more and more attention. The advantages, socially as well as economically, are evident. Prolongation of the daily lying duration of cows will increase the efficiency of the rumina-ting process and relieve the legs and claws, with an increase in recovering time. Floor covering should furthermore give grip to the cows, without being rough in the sense of sandpaper. The use of saw dust appears to lead to drier cubicles and cows. In order to keep the use of saw dust within limits, some structure on the surface is desirable. This list of demands is perfectly filled in by the Polysoft floor covering system.

A 100% polyurethane foam, with a density geared for the properties of the top mat, takes care of the suspension, flexibility and grip. The foam is being wrapped up in a heavy-duty foil, in order to prevent the absorbing of condensation fluid, especially from underneath.

The 100% moisture-resistant top mat composes of an extremely dense woven polyester reinforcement. This tissue combines great strength with a certain amount of elasticity. This enables peak loads to be spread over a larger surface. The biggest enemy of synthetics is ageing. The PVC coating which we use on this tissue is 100% PVC. Also no filling materials, that would help to make the top mat cheaper on the one hand, but on the other hand would speed up the ageing process and diminish the flexibility.

Polysoft calve mattress

New!The bottom in a calve stall mostly consists of straw, sans or saw dust. Cleaning takes a lot of time and is therefore done not often and/or not good enough, with all risks of infection. It is very miportant to maintain a high level of hygiene with new born calves. In order to achieve this goal Brouwers Equipment presents a new solution: the Polysoft calve mattress. This layer gives the new born calve the best possible start and makes cleaning the calve box a piece of cake.

The advantages: optimal animal well being, soft layer, gives grip to the animals, quick and easy cleaning, prevents infection diseases.

In short: before every birth you will quickly have a comfortable calve stall. A unique product which was tested far best in an independent Danish university test.

Locks® feed barriers

Why doesn’t the feed barrier watch each cow to be kept standing for an equal length of time? Why can’t the feed barrier lock an individual cow that needs treatment, without disturbing the rest of the herd? Why doesn’t the feed barrier tell every day how long an how often each individual cow took its roughage? Why doesn’t the feed barrier, or part of it, help to feed certain amounts of extra nourishment to selected cows?

Brouwers Equipment and Nedap from Groenlo have found the answer to all these questions and are introducing a completely new generation of feed barrier systems. The basic model is a mechanical safety barrier. In E-locks® the operating system communicates with every single feed opening.

M-locks®The basic model is a mechanical safety barrier. Individual manual two-sided unlocking is standard. Extremely light operation, which makes it possible to operate a great length of barrier from one point. Safety means that when a cow accidentally falls, the head can be easily freed from the feed opening. The barrier is noiseless by using maintenance free synthetic components instead of steel to steel.

E-locks® generalThe system consists of a certain amount of feed openings, each provided with an individual electrical actuator for the bolt slide. The bolt slide determines the position of the bolts. Underneath each actuator box is a surveyor (reed-contact) within the upper operating bar. With help of this surveyor and a permanent magnet in the catch bar buffer, the operating system can see when the catch bar is fully opened. Each actuator unit is individually secured. Each controller can manage 120 feed openings (actuators). These 120 feed openings can be devided into 6 groups, for which separate settings are possible. The operating system will always be overruled in case of individual unlocking by hand.

Mastitis preventionThis E-locks® function will take care that cows, who are eating at the feeding barrier after leaving the milking parlour, will be held for a preset time. This will keep each individual cow standing for an equal amount of time, independent of the time of locking-in, thus giving the udders time to dry and close under hygienic circumstances.

Anti-gorge functionWith this function you can “stack” the cows at the feed barrier. With help of the controller you can set this function for the desired group of feed ope-nings and close the concerning catch bars. The first feed opening, where the cows have to start eating, will be left ope by the system. Only after the first cow leaves the milking parlour and closes the catch bar with its head, the next feed opening will be unlocked etc.

Of course it is best to start at a place where jams from the milking parlour can be prevented as much as possible. In this way E-locks® also helps the cow routing. As a result of this function each cow has less opportunity to select the tasty bites from the adjacent forage.

Separating cowsFrom the catch position you can order certain feed openings to hold the cows concerned with help of the controller. The feed openings set in this way can be made visible on the controller, showing whether this is a single manual setting or an automatic setting.

Feed openings that have the instruction to lock in a cow for a longer period will be skipped with the anti-gorge function or the normal E-locks® mastitis prevention as mentioned before.

Centrally in catching positionWith the controller ou can centrally set the feed barrier in catching posi-tion. You can choose to set all feed openings, a group of feed openings, or a single feed opening in this position. This function can be handy to lock in certain animals. If you see a cow in a certain feed opening, it is also pos-sible to lock only this individual feed opening on the controller.

Unlocking groups of feed openingYou can unlock each group of feed openings from the closed position (all catch bars closed) at a set time. With this function you can prepare energetic forage at the feed barrier and automatically admit cows after they have had their portion of albuminous grass. Or you can automatically unlock groups of feed openings at certain times of the day with fresh or other kinds of forage.

Self-locking Swedish feed barriers

This self-locking Swedish feed barrier is specially designed for large stock. The partitions are made from ø 57 mm tubing and have round “angles”, which makes it easy to get in and out of the feed barrier, even for smaller cows. The catch bar is made from 1¼” (ø 42 mm) tubing and is provided with an individual unlocking possibility and collar protection underneath. The turning point has a bronze bearing (unnecessary to grease!). The lower profile is 70 x 70 mm square, which makes it additionally strong.

At gates from 440 cm an additional 2½” support post has to be placed. Special mounting parts are included in the supply. The Swedish feed bar-riers can also be delivered without locking bar (not self-locking).

The grouping area barriers model 7200 are suitable for a grid scraper. Provided standard with walk-through opening. Hinged and quickly mova-ble.

The routing gate which serves to prevent stock from walking back is espe-cially suited to create a closed off space for an automatic milking system, which can only be exited via the robot milker. Provided with double, noise-reducing sound-damping gate turning bars.

A self-locking gate locks the return passage in the milking parlour. The wall hinge strip is screwed to the wall slightly inclined by means of through bolts. The special, inclined position of the hinges ensures that when ope-ned the gate automatically closes again.

The model 7213 grouping area barriers are available, with the application of extension and attaching parts, in various versions. For a hold area bar-rier you need one grouping barrier, one hinge and one lock. A tilting gate consists of one grouping barrier, one tilting unit short and one tilting unit long with counter weight (for barriers up to and including 345 cm long). For a slidinig barrier you need two grouping barriers (at least 100 cm overlap), one set of guiding brackets, one hinge and two locks. The portable sliding barriers consist of one grouping barrier and one set of grid lockers.

The Brouwers Euro calf pens are available with two different kinds of partitions: solid impact-proof PVCU (18 mm thick) or waterproof lami-nated wood with an aluminium frame. Both pens have a removable and revolving front barrier and a hardwood slatted floor. Equipped with a wheel assembly, the pens can be wheeled out individually so that the livestock dealer and carrier do not have to get inside. The version with roof is a good alternative to the igloo hut. The calf then has a comfortable, dry straw bedding, because the liquid manure is drained off through the floor.

Brouwers Equipment supplies a wide range of horse boxes, outside stables, jumping materials, drinking systems and accessories. As for the horse boxes we notice a trend in using synthetic materials, especially for the new series of horse boxes. The used material almost looks natural, as wooden planks, but the difference is that thes planks are made of mainte-nance free synthetic.

Horse boxesThe standard horse boxes can be equipped with synthetic or hardwood planks. The boxes are galvanised an/or provided with an additional pow-der coating. The grating is made of vertical bars c/c 80 mm and is 1050 mm high. The finishing is galvanised. Besides the standard horse boxes, Brouwers Equipment also delivers made-to-measure horse boxes.

Horse box panelsCan be supplied with a front panel with sliding door. The sliding doors can be equipped with filling planks from hardwood or synthetic material, in the colours brown, green or black. They are equipped with vertical bars, lockable feed opening, revolving door or entirely closed. The intermediate panels can be equipped with filling planks from hardwood or synthetic ma-terial, in the colours brown, green or black. The neck bows give freedom of movement to the cows when lying down and standing up. Standing cows are forced to place their hind legs on the edge of the dung channel, which prevents the stands from being fouled. The neck bows can be individually adjusted for each cow.

Water troughs

There are several options to connect the water troughs. The troughs can be connected directly to the water by means of a 3/8” float valve. When using a communicating system a main reservoir with float valve in the mil-king parlour is connected to the water mains. The troughs are connected to the main reservoir by means of a service pipe. In a circulation system the troughs are additionally interconnected through return pipes, while the last trough is connected directly to the main reservoir. A circulation pump is placed at the end of the return pipe before the main reservoir.

On trough of 200 cm is sufficient for approx. 25 cows, a trough of 100 cm for approx. 15 cows, while a round drinker will do for approx. 10 cows.

The thermo drinkers for cattle keep the water cool in summer and flowing in winter, without using electricity. The thermo drinkers are made from strong polyethylene, preventing leakage and keeping the water fresh and free-flowing also under extreme weather conditions.

On this page you will find spare parts of the present generation of drinking bowls. For most of the older models there are also still spare parts available. The model numbers of the Brouwers drinking bowls are cast in the bowls. Always check the model number before ordering spare parts.

Don’t drive the spring tightening nut too deep into the valve. The upper turn should just be visible.

The Brouwers drinking bowls are made from solid cast-iron, enamelled twice. The form of the bowls prevents spilling of water. The inside of the bowl is smoothly finished, which reduces the possibility of dirt deposition.

Following a process of research and regular checks by KIWA, the Brou-wers automatic drinkers comply with the KIWA assessment guideline 634 “cattle drinkers”. Each drinker is tested before delivery.

Cows produce more milk when they can drink plenty of tasty water. Their trough should therefore be free of alga and other polution. The trough has to be cleaned on a regular basis, which is quite easy to do with a stainless steel roll-over drinking trough. The water connections are not liable to wear, which reduces the possibility of leakage. The arms are charged equally during emptying, operation without effort. The troughs are easily adjustable in height, by means of two bolts. No hinge points, but an always freely rolling movement. A circulation system is possible by means of two connections.

The grid scraper consists of a fully closed hot-dip galvanised frame with a soft rubber cleaning strip (vertical PU-rubber 6 mm, projecting ± 3 cm), which automatically adjusts to the right operating position for both directi-ons. The system operates like a large squeegee and is self-cleaning. The extra scrapers for the rear edge of the cubicles are fully width-adjustable.

Steel cableThis system is inexpensive, easy to build in and very compact. Normally to be used for two passages with two grid scrapers.

Chain - steel cable combinationThis system is especially interesting for facilities where more than three scrapers are to be driven (for example when using a robot milker dividing the passages in the centre). Then only a chain will be used for the section that has to run via the drive, while a plastic-coated steel cable is used along the back.

Polyester ropeThis system is pre-eminently suited for passages of different length or even three passages. Application of the rope-based system has the fol-lowing important advantages:

Den Boer Beton and Brouwers Equipment have, in co-operation with IMAG-DLO, developed a low-emission floor manure scraper system. With this grooved floor system, emission reductions of up to 50% can be achieved. The grooved floor system consists of a closed, flat floor provi-ded with grooves and an adapted manure scraper. The newly developed floor elements are provided with grooves running parallel with the feed alley. The liquid manure is removed to the underlying slurry pit via the grooves and the discharge holes. The solid manure is carried off to the ends of the passages by means of a manure scraper. The scraper blade of the manure scraper is adapted to clean the grooves. Rubber flooring for walking alleys

Research shows that claw and leg injuries are very common with milking cows. From the economical point of view, concrete is an attractive flooring material. However, it does not seem to offer a cow much in the sense of well-being. It appears that cows prefer a floor which gives them grip if the claws can impress the material.

Het loopgangrubber is opgebouwd rondom een ingevulkaniseerd weef-sel. The rubber flooring has a built-in texture. Together with the specially formed burls underneath, the total thickness of the flooring is 18 mm. Be-cause of those burls, the mat can be well impressed by the cow’s claws.

The weight is 14 kilo per square metre. The used rubber is 90% rubber, only up to 10% is regenerate. This guarantees the mechanical strength and conservation of the flexibility.

The rubber flooring is available in widths from 1 m up to 3 m increasing by 10 cm.

A large advantage of the mat is that it can be supplied on rolls up to a width of 3 metres and a total length per roll of approx. 50 metres. This makes it easy to keep the mat in place and it prevents the scraper from getting stuck. In practice it is very easy to fasten. The surface ot the mat has a profile that has been developed in practice. Its purpose is to let the grid scraper installation and the rubber flooring work together optimally.

Soft rubberExperiences, especially in the United States and Canada, are very po-sitive about soft walking rubber. Rubber mats that are too hard seem to have even an inverted effect. The possibility to impress the mat demands special features as to the construction and materials. The desired softness may not lead to a decrease in durability. A way to lower the price level is the use of recycled rubber, by wich there often have to be made conces-sions concerning the mechanical strength.

FasteningFastening in length direction, only at the side where the two mats are coming to lay against each other. Always keep 1 cm of dilatation space on the sides with regard to the concrete. Middle fastenings every 1 metre centre to centre by means of a hammer screw and washer. Keep the screws at least 15 cm from the edge. At the ends of the walking rubber the burls have to be grinded off over a width of 6 mm. Then fasten the rubber with a stainless steel strip, in such a way that scrapers can run freely, without stucking at the edges.

Eisele auger mixers

In view of its many advantages, the auger principle has been consciously opted for. The auger rotates in a tunnel through the casing, thus producing even more thrust. Unlike a screw mixer, the auger mixer can never get blocked by forage residues. The mixer operates on the priming principle, pullinig itself fast in the opening of the retaining wall. The mixer can be adjusted for operation in two directions of rotation by means of an easy to fit gearbox. This may be the right solution in difficult situations.

Tiltable in three-point linkageOwing to the tiltable suspension in the three-point linkage the mixer can be easily slid into the mixer frame. When the mixer is hung over the guide rails, the locking device can be easily released, allowing the mixer to tilt into the guide rails. The tractor can then slide the mixer into the frame wit-hout any further operation being required. The stock farmer even doesn’t have to leave the tractor. Removing the mixer from the pit can be done equally easy.

Slalom systemThe huge pumping acting of our auger mixer makes it pre-eminently suited to be used in a slalom system. However, as certain drawbacks attach to the application of these systems, we would like to advise you per indivi-dual case.

The submersible agitators have been designed for mixing any kind of manure, of cattle, pigs as well as poultry, in manure pits, channels and silos and deal with straw and feed residues without problems. It derives its impressive mixing power from the specially constructed propeller. The propeller has been designed so that at a relatively low speed it keeps the manure moving. Priming, pressing and agitating all at the same time, the submersible agitator turns the manure into a swirling mass. In a short time, an enormous amount of manure can be agitated and mixed.

Advantages of silo agitatorsFast and easy mixing.• No need for using tractor or pump.• Suitable for all types of manure (also poultry manure).• Adjustable agitating direction (horizontal and vertical).• No structural measures required.• Can be built-in in silos that already contain manure.•

Thermal protectionThe 3-phase motors are protected thermally against overloads by means of “klixon” switches. Therefore, overloading for a short time does not present any problems. The agitator can be restarted when it has cooled down, when the cause of the overload has been traced.

Electric submersible agitators in roofed silosWhen using submersible agitators in roofed silos, it is advisable to keep the opening in the roof sufficiently large. The recommended dimensions of the opening have been specified below:

The ideal pump for total slurry handling. Designed for the toughest and most difficult conditions. This pump mixes, chops and pumps the thickest slurry containing straw and forage residues. Ideally suited for large-scale slurry handling in cubicle houses and in facilities where thick manure is produced, for example in the bulle fattening industry and in accommoda-tions for young stock. Whthout circulation pipes, if desired mounted on a movable frame, also widely applied in large open or closed slurry pits and pits for storing poultry manure, of laying hens as well as table poultry with heavy feathering.

Spray-agitating systemAn essential element of the pump is the attached spray-agitating system. This makes it possible to homogenise the slurry up to a distance of ap-prox. 15 metres from the pump, ensuring that all slurry can drift to the pump. The cast-iron three-way cock is easy to operate, enabling you to switch from agitating to pumping rapidly.

AugerThe heart of the pump is the cast-iron heavy-duty impeller, which is inte-graged into the auger. The auger is equipped with a welded-on Widia-staal cutting blade. Between the auger and the extra high cast-iron counter ring, all straw and forage residues are chopped. When the pump is running, the cutting blade passes the counter ring one hundred times per second. This makes the slurry injection process a great deal easier, faster and, consequently, cheaper!

Special access pits are not required. It is perfectly suited for pumping over large distances and also for raining manure. The E-brush® makes it easy for cows to clean themselves and release them from dirt and parasites. It will make cows feel good. As their well-being improves, they are less susceptible to stress and are more resistant to infections and thus are healthier. And, after all, a healthy cow is a pro-fitable cow. By using the E-brush® the blood circulation will improve and give cows a healthier skin. The E-brush® is ideal for hard to reach places, such as head, back and tail implant.

NewThe familiar Brouwers Equipment E-brush® has ben adjusted at several points. The most radical change concerns the adjustment of the drive. Where the old brush was driven by a chain transmission, we chose a direct drive of the brush in the new construction. The brush is now directly fixed to the shaft of the drive. However this is done in such a way that only the drive forces find their way to the brush-shaft fastening. The oblique forces the cows exercise to the brush normally don’t reach the fastening.

In the new construction the brush can be tilted upward. The basic position has also been kept horizontal, with reason, to be able to efficiently clean the back of the cows. The brush has a new starting mechanism that con-stantly changes the sense of rotation. Because the brush hairs are now being charged evenly on both sides, the brushes will last much longer as the hairs stay upright.

The drive part now leaves the factory completely mounted. When placing the E-brush® in the barn you only have to slide the brushes onto the shaft and secure them. The brush set is delivered in two boxes. One box with the complete drive part and the brushes plus manual in the second box. During mounting in the factory each brush drive gets a trial run and also the rotation mechanism is being tested.

The drive motor is only 120 W, which makes it quite simply securable against overloads. Connection tenstion European 1 x 230 V, 50 hz. Other tensions on demand. The motor is supplied with a temperature protection. Switching on is completely electronic without mechanical contacts. The brush will start when it is being touched by the cows and will switch off automatically when it is not being movoed for a certain period of time.

Part of the standard delivery are two cross profiles that can be fixed on the upper and lower side of the back frame for additional stability. The back plate has a broad hole pattern, which makes it possible to fix the brush to vertical tubes of different measurements (2”, 2½”, 3”, 3½” en 4”) by using threaded straps (not included).

Next to claw care, the cattle crush can be used for the other recurring treatments. With the cattle crush you can treat a larger amount of animals quickly and effectively or efficiently and safely treat individual animals.

Because of the use of milking robots and the rising milk productions we are seeing more and more farmers who keep their herd inside year-round. In order to increase the well being of the cows and te keep up the food consumption during the warmer days in summer, the use of large air-circulation ventilators is very effective.

The E-fan circulation ventilators for use in cubicle stalls for milking cattle are standard equipped with a V-belt transmission. This reduces the num-ber of revolutions of the blade, which makes the ventilators highly efficient and it will also keep the noise production within limits. For model 2211 it only amounts up to 65 dBA at a distance of 7 metres and for the models 2208 and 2209 only 64 dBA at 7 metres distance.

At the front and the back the ventilators are standard equipped with a grid. The casing is made of galvanised steel, the blades of stainless steel. The used rotary motors are specially designed, in order to make them suitable for revolution control by a transformer.

For use in cubicle stalls, we recommend the largest model with the highest capacity. An intermediate space of 15 up to 18 metres max. is usual for this model. Room underneath the ventilators min. 250 cm. In order to keep the cows active at the feed barrier for as long as possible, the best place for the ventilator is above the walking alley, next to the feed barrier. The smaller models can be applied in lower stalls, hold areas or at milking installations.

To determine the size of the transformer you should reckon 3,5 amp. per ventilator for model 2211. For the models 2208 and 2209 2,2 amp. per ventilator.

For extra cooling or humididying the E-fan can be equipped with a water atomiser with a capacity of 15 up to 30 l/h. The atomiser can be easily installed and it operates without any nozzles, there are no risks of clogging with impurities or limestone.

Ventilation ridgeThe RFV-system ventilation ridge is specially developed for agriculatural buildings. The system is based on natural ventilation according tot the “Venturi” principle. This principle quickens the airflow over the roof by means of narrowing, by which an absorbin action arises (the so-called chimney effect). The RFV-system ventilation ridge is composed of high-quality materials, very solidly constructed and tested on functionality and quality in several agricultural buildings. The RFV-system ventilation ridge is easily and quickly to assemble. Useable for new buildings as well as for renovation of existing ridge systems. Unique are the optinal ridge pieces, useable on different kinds of corrugated plates. The RFV-system venti-lation ridge is available with non-transparent or crystal-clear corrugated plates.

Cow house curtainsWe supply a wide range of ventilation cloths, varying rom opaque cloth to bird netting. The cloth can be fixed, if desired with a tightening device. It is also possible to apply several sorts of cloth moveable. The systems can be more or less automated.

Single tube system: opens from the bottom upward. The cloth rolls • around a tube, which is lifted up by means of a winch.Double tube system: opens from the top downward. The curtain is kept • tight by means of a tube that is freely laid in the cloth.

AgridoorsThe Agridoors are a flexible solution to close frequently used entrance openings. Because of the horizontal strengthening profiles large free spans (max. 6 metres) are possible. During assembly the door can easily be shortened in width with help of the instructions. Underneath the cloth has a grey sealing flap of 140 mm high. There are several kinds of cur-tains available. It is also possible to use different kinds of curtain between the profiles. The maximum height is 6,1 metres. The curtain runs up to the sidelong guiding rails. This results in less draught and makes it closed for birds. The winding tube is provided with a packet of springs in order to make the operation easier. The lower tube and the winding tube are made from alumiinium. The vertical rails are made from galvanised steel.

Variable Ventilation SystemThis roll-up sidewall ventilation system provides a minimum of draught, a maximum of fresh air and protection against all weather conditions. The standard version can be applied in large openings up to 3 metres high and even 60 metres long. Different kinds of durtains can be integrated in this system, if desired also in combination. An extra bird net can be fixed in sections. The system can be operated manually or by means of electrical motors. Climate controlled operation by means of sensors is also possible.
