La Molina opened nearly 100 years ago, following the installation of the first commercial ski lift in Spain. Skiing in La Molina means enjoying one of the best ski resorts in the Pyrenees. The largest ski resort in Spain. Situated in Val d’Aran, it is su-rrounded by peaks reaching 3,000 metres and boasts over 200 lakes. Some, such as Mar and Tort de Riu, are among the biggest in the Spanish Pyrenees. A valley with its own architectural style, with houses built of stone, slate and wood, and where special mention should be made of the Romanesque churches.

Vallter 2000, with views of the Mediterranean: A welcoming family resort that combines ascents and descents. Up & Down. From the resort’s highest point at 2,535 metres you can make out the Gulf of Roses and the Cap de Creus peninsula (Costa Brava).
