Common Core Literacy Solutionsfor the Real WorldThe Common Core State Standards establish a shared set of clear educational standards. However, Common Core adoption alone is not enough for teachers to know how to teach the standards. They do not include intervention strategies, and they do not take into account the needs of ELL and Special Education students. They do not tell you how to include the real-world applications that students need in order to be college and career ready.

Support for Districts, Teachers, and Students at Every LevelFrom intervention programs to professional development, Catapult Learning’s solutions are designed to meet and exceed Common Core expectations and to facilitate CCSS implementation at every level, from early childhood to high school…from classroom teachers to school leaders.

Three-quarters of students who are poor readers in 3rd grade remain poor readers in high school (Yale University Study).

Half of the 4th grade curriculum materials are incomprehensible to students who read below grade level (Children’s Reading Foundation).

Students most likely to drop out of high school can be predicted based on their 3rd grade reading skills (National Research Council).
