Mark began his talent management career with CDI Corporation’s MRINetwork where he spent his first 12 years as a business development and recruitment expert. He focused in the Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Life Science areas on large scale sourcing solutions, management of the candidate experience, plant start ups, plant expansions and executive level searches. He has made over 500 placements in the manufacturing space since 1992. He also

served as Vice President of Training and as Senior Human Capital Consultant for the CDI Corporate Team for three years, and developed and delivered a variety of human capital performance workshops. He also has a strong background in metrics and performance management, training, sourcing and retained search.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Occidental College in Diplomacy & World Affairs with an Economics emphasis. Mark achieved his Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation in 1996 through the National Association of Personnel Services.

MARK KRAJNIK, CPC

Mark Krajnik joined Catapult Staffing as Managing Partner, Carolinas, in 2016. His role is to partner with companies to gain insight and develop the most effective talent acquisition and talent management strategies, working with a variety of clients in the engineering, IT, life sciences and professional services markets, Mark draws upon the robust Catapult Staffing solutions to craft a customized strategy that aligns with the clients’ objectives.

Prior to joining Catapult Staffing, Mark led the VMO for Staffing & Subcontract Labor for North America at CompuCom, and also ran the Lowe’s Program as Sr. Program Manager. He was a top leader at Korn/Ferry International, and was a key part of ManpowerGroup’s sales leadership team, where he successfully aligned global organizations in the Industrial sector with effective talent acquisition and RPO solutions. Mark also built the top executive search team in the Engineering, IT, Finance and Life Science verticals for Kelly Services Inc. as the National Search Director, as well as ran his own Human Capital Consulting practice focused on performance enhancement, relationship selling, retention, succession planning, talent management and leadership development.
