This document provides instructions for the Catch Me at My Best high quality, editable frame props for Instagram and Facebook. After you download the PDF files and edit with your property’s information, provide your final PDF to your local printer. Your printer will then print and then cut out the center image section so Team Members can hold the frame and get photographs taken with them behind it! You can also ask your printer to mount the Instagram frame for you, OR you can mount it yourself by using a foam board or cardboard as backing. Use an adhesive spray to glue the paper and foam board together, then use a sharp utility knife to cut the middle gray area out.

Q&AQ: Can I change other sections in addition to the ones specified?[Answer] No, please do not edit or remove more than what is specified. It is important to include all copy and hashtags that are preset.

Q: I see blue shades in the text fields, will this print?[Answer] No, it will not print.

Q: Can I change the font or color?[Answer] No, please maintain fonts and colors.

Q: I see black boxes and text.[Answer] That means you are not opening the PDF file using Adobe Acrobat Reader, please right click on the file and choose open with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Q: When I save the template, I don’t see the text, only the template.[Answer] When saving, please choose from File -> Save As, and choose a place to save the file and provide a new unique name, it should work.

Q: When uploading or taking PDF file to print shop, it’s not showing the words even though it works on my computer.[Answer] Some print shops have old software, thus, you need to save the PDF file as a JPEG image.

INSTRUCTIONS1 - Download the recommended free font that has been linked to in your ‘Font Links’ folder. You should have ‘Arial’ and ‘Arial Bold’ already pre-installed on your computer.

2 - Use Adobe Acrobat Reader to edit the text in your PDF file. You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free here: http://get.adobe.com/reader

3 - Save and send to your printer.
