CATERING TO YOUR NEEDS
CATERING FAQS:Q. When are final head counts for my event required?
A. Final head counts are due 3 days before event date. Changes greater than 10% after 3 days can result in a $20 charge. Specialty items may require longer notice.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. Cancellations made less than 24hrs from the event start time may result in a $25 cancellation fee. There may be additional charges for specialty items see a catering team member for details.
Q. Are there any late charges?
A. There is a $50 charge for any unpaid balances over 30 days.
Q. When is payment due?
A. All catering payments are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Q. How much does is cost to rent the Kessler’s trailer grill?
A. There is a $100 deposit to rent the grill. The fee is waived if Kessler’s is serving at the event.
Q. Does Kessler’s provide full service catering?
A. Yes. All serving costs are based on a 200 person event. Specialty events or events greater than 200 people may result in additional costs. Please see a catering team member for details.
