General Information
Delivery and Full-service Catering Minimums Drop off delivery catering and full-service catering both require a $500 minimum
before taxes and fee. Pick up catering does not require a minimum.
Booking Confirmations/Deposits In order to secure your function, a signed confirmation letter with credit card
information must be received. Credit card’s will be charged before delivery or catering
event. Bills can be paid with cash, credit card, or cashier’s check. Personal checks are
not accepted.
Food Packages Enclosed are Estia’s Catering Packages.
Menus must be confirmed at least one week prior to booked event with a banquet order
form requiring your signature. All of our prix-fix menus can be customized specifically
for your event.
Catering Event Fee and Taxes Food, beverages and other services provided by Estia will be subject to state and local
taxes. The 20% catering fee is an extra cost for full service events or drop off delivery
orders of $2000 or more. A 10% Catering fee will be charged for drop off delivery
orders less than $2000. See Page 15 for more details.
Plates, Utensils, Chafers, Etc.. Disposable plates and utensils are included with catering orders. Please see page 15 for
more details if you would like to add disposable chafers.
Full Service Catering Full service catering requires our professional servers and kitchen staff. Estia charges a
an extra fee for bartender’s and chef’s on site. Please see page 15 for more details.
Cancellations Cancellation are only allowed 5 business days prior to event delivery time. Any
cancellation 5 business days or less will be charged 50% of the final bill.
