BEVERAGES FOR YOUR GROUPS OF 25 PEOPLE OR MORE
Host Bar- You pay for your guests’ beverages for the entire event, part of the event, or
for a certain dollar amount. Subject to 20% service charge.
Cash Bar- Your guests pay for their own beverages and tip bartender at will.
Drink Tickets- Printed drink tickets are purchased by you for distribution to your guests
as you wish. All drink tickets are subject to service charge. Ask our sales manager for
more information.
Wine Table- Choose several wines for your guests to sample at your reception or
social. Pay for the bottles opened only. Subject to 20% service charge.
All cash/host bars will have a $500.00 minimum sales requirement. If the $500.00 minimum is not
met the remainder will be applied to the final bill or a $75.00 + tax bartender fee will be applied.
