WE NEED YOUR BEAUTIFUL VOICE! Christmas at COMMUNITY is right
around the corner and we are looking to fill our choir loft with the biggest choir
we’ve ever had at COMMUNITY to help us tell the story of Jesus’ coming! Our
choir will be featured in both services on December 22nd
and it’s not too late to
join. There are two opportunities for you to come and practice with us:
Wednesdays at 6:30 pm and Sundays at 6:00 pm. All vocal abilities are welcome!
Whether you can read music proficiently or have never sung in a choir before.
COME AND SING WITH US!
Operation Christmas Child, a church wide project,
provides the opportunity for children around the world to

Connecting to COMMUNITY Class (membership class): Join us today, Nov. 3,
from 12:15-3:30 p.m. to learn more about COMMUNITY and how you can become
a ministry partner. We'll explore the Evangelical Covenant Church affirmations and
talk about the mission/vision of COMMUNITY. This isn't just about becoming
a "member" of the church. You'll also get the chance to explore how you are
uniquely gifted to participate in the work God has called COMMUNITY to do here
in Lenexa and around the world - to become a ministry partner. Lunch provided.
Please join Troop 123 for their Eagle Scout Court of Honor and Reception on

On Sunday, November 17, plan to arrive at church by 8:15 a.m.. There will be a
short concert by Phil Wizer and his band at 8:20 with beautiful, inspiring music
that will pump you up and point your thoughts to God.
