Eligibility
18 years +
High school grad or equivalent
Good moral character No felonies
Education from qualified program Waived for qualified applicants
Pass FCLB approved exam
Pay fees
Clinical Internship
During first year: 300 hours practical experience Equals 7.5 weeks full-time work Direct supervision On-line attestation All services are billable
Clinical Internship: Supervisor duties
Doctor of chiropractic Registered with FCLB Active, unrestricted license Doctor attests: understands
responsibilities Doctor attests: accuracy of hours
and exposure to clinical services
*Regulated jurisdictions may also have registration requirements
Renewal
2 year period (biennial)
3 hours of qualifying CE every 2 years? 6 hours?
