中文期刊
期刊分三类：第一类为奖励期刊；第二类为重要期刊；第三类为
核心期刊。
一、奖励期刊
（一）按一级学科认定的奖励期刊
每个一级学科认定 2 种中文奖励期刊，原则上为各学科排位前列
的期刊，奖励期刊为：
经济研究、世界经济、中国工业经济、金融研究、管理世界、南
开管理评论、管理科学学报、系统工程理论与实践
（二）学校认定的奖励期刊
武汉大学社会科学研究院所颁布的社科奖励中文期刊（武汉大学
1998〈33〉号文件），期刊见附录 1。
二、重要期刊
（一）按二级学科认定的重要期刊
原则上每个二级学科认定 1种重要期刊，为本学科在 CSSCI 期刊
目录中排位最前的期刊；管理学科的期刊综合性较强，其认定还依据
国家自科基金委管理科学认定的重要学术期刊。

经济学(季刊)、数量经济技术经济研究、财贸经济、世界经济研究、
国际贸易问题、经济学动态、财政研究、中国经济史研究、保险研究、
中国人口·资源与环境、中国农村经济、经济科学、国际金融研究、
经济理论与经济管理、中国人口科学、中国土地科学、宏观经济研究
管理类：
会计研究、审计研究、经济管理、管理工程学报、中国管理科学、

（一）CSSCI 收录期刊
CSSCI 收录期刊根据最新目录适时调整，包括论文见刊时上一年
度或发表论文当年 CSSCI 来源期刊和学术集刊。
（二）被人大报刊复印资料中心期刊全文转载的论文
（三）《珞珈管理评论》视为核心期刊

英文期刊
英文期刊总体分 A、A-、B+、B、B-、C 六类，其中，B 以上(含)
等同中文奖励期刊；B-类等同中文重要期刊；C 类等同中文核心期刊。
1. A 和 A-类期刊为该学科方向公认的第一梯队期刊，Univ. Texas
at Dallas 的 24 本顶级期刊均为 A 及 A-类；
2. B+及 B 类期刊为该学科方向在国际上公认的重要期刊，
Financial Times 的 45 本经管类期刊基本包含在 B 及以上；
3．B- 类期刊认定不具体细分到各专业，范围包括（B 类及以上
杂志除外）：JCR数据库中Economics、Finance、Business和Management
学科 5 年影响因子≥0.6 的 SSCI 期刊（不足 5 年者，按照最近 1 年的
影响因子计算）。
4．C 类期刊认定不细分至专业，范围包括（B-类及以上杂志除
外）：JCR 数据库中 Economics、Finance、Business 和 Management 学
科 5 年影响因子≥0.2 的 SSCI 期刊（不足 5 年者，按照最近 1 年的影
响因子计算）。
5. 为鼓励教师的交叉研究，相关学科 SSCI 期刊认定标准为：
JCR 数据库中除 Economics、Finance、Business 和 Management
以外的学科 5 年影响因子≥2 的 SSCI 期刊，视为 B 类及以上的奖励期
刊（不足 5 年者，按照最近 1 年的影响因子计算）。
JCR 数据库中除 Economics、Finance、Business 和 Management
以外的学科 5 年影响因子≥1 但<2 的 SSCI 期刊，视为 B-类的重要期
刊（不足 5 年者，按照最近 1 年的影响因子计算）。

1．在上述中文期刊上发表的论文必须为长文，短论不计。
2．在上述中文报纸上发表的论文必须在 2000 字以上。
3．被《新华文摘》、《中国社会科学文摘》转载的论文，被转载
字数必须在 3000 字以上。
4．论文如属合著，本人应为第一作者；或自己指导的学生为第
一作者、本人为第二作者，或是联系通讯作者；如第一作者和通讯作
者均为本校教师，则一项成果只能认定一次（通讯作者优先，除非两
人书面同意其他认定安排）。如果期刊的作者排序是按照字母顺序，
而不是按照贡献大小时，在职称评定时，按照 2/（n+1）的公式计算，
在奖励时，按照 2/（n+1）乘以奖励金额计算（仅限英文期刊）。
5．对于 SCI 期刊的认定
JCR 数据库中 Operations Research & Management Science 学科 5
年影响因子≥2 的 SCI 期刊，以及除 Operations Research & Management
Science 以外的学科 5 年影响因子≥2.4 的 SCI 期刊，视为 B 类及以上
的奖励期刊（不足 5 年者，按照最近 1 年的影响因子计算）。
JCR 数据库中 Operations Research & Management Science 学科 5
年影响因子≥1 但<2 的 SCI 期刊，以及除 Operations Research &
Management Science以外的学科5年影响因子≥1.4但<2.4的SCI期刊，
视为 B-类的重要期刊（不足 5 年者，按照最近 1 年的影响因子计算）。

年影响因子≥0.6 但<1 的 SCI 期刊，以及除 Operations Research &

对于期刊仅被 SCI 检索，但所发表的论文被 SCI/SSCI 双收录，
该文按照 SSCI 的标准进行认定。
6. 上述所列未及期刊，可由申请者提交学院学位评定委员会申
请认定。
7. 本方案自 2014 年 1 月 1 日起生效。
