“I know several people who are changing careers and going through nursing school right now,” says Light. “There are so many different opportunities within healthcare, especially in nursing, that someone can defi nitely fi nd their niche, whether it’s working in mental
health, whether it’s working in home health, whether it’s working in a hospital or working in a physician’s offi ce.
“An interesting endeavor I’ve heard of recently is home health psychiatry nursing. A couple of local home health agencies are starting to employ these nurses to help with

Healthcare workers are able to take advantage of some of the best job advancement and continued education programs offered by any industry today.
