Sales Representative We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative for our BMW and Mini dealership.Requirements:Qualifi ed applicant should possess or be eligible to possess a sales license through the Division of Motor Vehicles for the state of Virginia. A professional appearance and a positive, cordial attitude and demeanor are a must. Quality customer service skills are essential. Demonstrated experience in sales, specifi cally automotive sales, is preferred.

Service CoordinatorA Service Coordinator handles both inbound and outbound phone calls scheduling appointments for vehicle maintenance and repair. The Service Coordinator will also answer and accurately transfer switchboard phone traffi c. This position is located in a call center environment.Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to be used with internal and external customers. Must be highly organized and able to concurrently handle multiple priorities. Must be able to accept and keep confi dential information learned in the performance of the job. Able to handle practical problems in a variety of settings. Able to function in a continuously changing environment. Able to work as part of a team to achieve departmental goals. Typically requires a High School/GED or equivalent and 6 to 12 months of related experience. This is a FULL TIME position. Applicant must be fl exible to work between the hours of 7AM and 7PM; Monday through Saturday.

Service DirectorThe Service Director is responsible for running an effi cient and profi table Service department by maximizing productivity, controlling costs and ensuring customer satisfaction.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two years of experience in a dealership service environment, with at least one year of supervisory experience. Excellent communication, supervisory and managerial skills. Must have a valid driver’s license, and provide an acceptable driving record.

Service Advisor Requirements:Qualifi ed applicant should have customer relations ability, communication skills, product knowledge, and administrative skills. Qualifi ed applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and the ability to operate manual transmissions. Top quality people skills are essential.

Collision Consultant Requirements:Qualifi ed applicant will possess a minimum of two years estimating, mechanical and body repair background. Good people skills and the ability and knowledge to work with insurance companies are required.

PorterThis position is responsible for effectively managing that the customer’s experience from reception to delivery is an excellent one, providing necessary assistance in service area to ensure customer satisfaction, and greeting customers and assessing their needs.Requirements:Qualifi ed applicants should possess exceptional customer service skills, have a positive attitude and be a team player. This position requires the ability to operate manual transmissions, be at least 18 years of age and provide a good driving record.

Detailer Detailers are responsible for cleaning and detailing new and used automobiles, as well as customer automobiles through the service department. Requirements:Qualifi ed applicant should have the ability to comprehend instructions and information, manual dexterity and good judgment. Valid Virginia driver’s license and a good driving record are required.

Body Shop Technicians Requirements:The qualifi ed applicant should possess a High School diploma or equivalent. Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Must possess general collision repair skills, a valid driver’s license and be able to deliver a good driving record. Manual dexterity, good decision making skills and judgment, and computer and keyboard familiarity are required. Ownership of necessary hand tools is required. Any additional automotive certifi cations are a defi nite plus. I-CAR training, manufacturer training preferred.

Audi and Volkswagen TechniciansThe qualifi ed applicant should be at least 18 years of age, have at least two years practical experience, knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance, and deliver an acceptable driving record. Must have Volkswagen, Audi and/or European experience, ASE Certifi cation, Virginia State Inspectors License, and a valid driver’s license. Ownership of necessary hand tools is required. Any additional automotive certifi cations are a defi nite plus.
