This unique, instructor led training is focused on teaching service provider technologies that are required for preparation to the practical CCIE Service Provider exam. During each of 5 days, participants will experience fully packed 12 hours training day, consisting of lectures and practical technology configuration and troubleshooting demonstrations by experienced instructors. Attendees will have full-time access to their own individual pods with full workshop topologies. Agenda overview Day 1: Intro, service provider network evolution Day 1: IGP protocols: IGP & OSPF Day 2: BGP protocol Day 2: Advanced BGP protocol and MPLS basics Day 3: MPLS VPN Layer 3 Day 3: MPLS VPN Layer 2 Day 4: MPLS Traffic Engineering & QoS Day 4: IPv6 in Service Provider networks and Fast Convergence Day 5: Multicast Day 5: Systems HA, monitoring, diagnostics, system and network security Training lab equipment Each student has a dedicated lab pod that includes: - 8 IOS-XR virtual routers - 6 IOS-XE virtual routers Virtual environment is up to spec of the real practical CCIE Service Provider lab. Labs are accessed remotely during the whole bootcamp and for up to a month after finishing the bootcamp. Instructors Both bootcamp instructors are experienced active CCIE and CCDE holders, with extensive service provider background. Example topology Each pod contains topology that is used to describe, implement and troubleshoot different technologies as per bootcamp agenda.
