HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES
FACE COVERINGSFace coverings – preferably masks – that cover both the
nose and mouth are strongly encouraged indoors and outdoors among crowds and where social distancing is not possible. We ask that face coverings be worn, except when eating or drinking, or when seated with your designated group.
SOCIAL DISTANCINGIn compliance with all federal, state, and local health and
safety guidelines, festival-goers should remain six feet apart from others not in their party. Our vendors, artists and food trucks have been adequately spaced to ensure proper social distancing and will require our guests to be mindful of the space between them and others. Guests are asked to bring their own chairs to this year’s festival, as limited tables will be provided around campus. Chairs will not be set for guests other than in the VIP Tent that is reserved for corporate donors. We ask that festival-goers find a designated pod located in and around the tents/bandstand areas where you may set up and enjoy the festival. Groups must fit safely within the pod area and may be asked to separate, even if related, to ensure social distancing. Signage will be abundant across campus to

ensure festival-goers understand and adhere to the protocols of the festival. We know that the festival will operate differently than in the past. We ask that you please be patient and mindful of others. Together we can make this festival a wonderful experience.
CLEANING & SANITATIONTogether with our cleaning partners, Mayfair has enhanced
our sanitation and disinfection protocols for the festival. Multiple handwashing stations, hand sanitizer stations, electrostatic disinfectant sprayers, and cleaning supplies have been purchased for this year’s festival. We are thankful to our corporate sponsors who have also donated individual hand sanitizer bottles that will be available free to festival-goers throughout the three-day festival. We have reimagined some of our attractions, such as Chalk-the-Walk. Individual bags of chalk will be available for festival-goers to use throughout the festival.
STAFF & VOLUNTEERSThe festival is directly possible due to the efforts of our
amazing staff at Cedar Crest who give their time to volunteer. We are also very fortunate to have many individuals from the
