Data Validation process failure – OSPI must resolve (Should not occur!)

Logical Delete threshold is reached: submission is stopped and not loaded

Submission is loaded – data is loaded to CEDARS(Submission exception/error records are not loaded)

Submission is loaded – data is loaded to CEDARS(No submission exceptions, so all data is successful)
