LAURENT KRAFTVOUVRAY LOIREFRANCE 2012

CHRIS K.

The quality of this legendary Chenin Blanc from The Loire Valley’s prestigious Vouvray appellation remains unsurpassed. Hailing from very old vines (30-90 years) the 2012 Laurent Kraft, Vouvray is luscious and full bodied. Being drier in style this wine is sure to complement simple white fish dishes, soufflés or other baked egg recipes and vegetable stir-fry.

$16.99Everyday $21.99

FRANCIS FORD COPPOLASOFIA ROSÉCENTRAL COAST 2013

With beautiful aromas of raspberries, pomegranate, and wild flowers, it becomes bright on the palate and extremely well balanced. This wine has ample body and excellent concentration with fresh, juicy fruit flavors of strawberries, plums, and cloves. Great for summer sipping, it is also good with almost anything off the grill.

DAVID F.

I visit Languedoc-Roussillon every year, and every year I’m more impressed with the wines made there. This Cremant (French sparkling wines made outside of the Champagne region) is quite floral and has a subtle nuttiness highlighted by an elegant, slightly yeasty mouth-feel. The name? Apparently, Thomas Jefferson was quite the fan of sparkling wines from Limoux. He was such a fan, that it’s said no other sparkling wines were to be found in his cellar! Cheers!

STILLWATER MONO4-PACK, 12 OZ. BOTTLES

Mono pours a hazed golden, with a huge white head that lingers. Lime and papaya notes lead in the aroma, with some underlying notes like Meyer lemon and fresh-cut flowers. This is citrus-forward from that first sip, with generous zest and tropical character, but it concludes with soft toasty malt and a subtle lasting bitterness.

Wine Enthusiast’s 2014 Winemaker of the Year, Charles Smith, is a visionary. Rock star to some, flashy and ego driven to others, one thing is for sure: the man knows how to produce outstanding product. Secco Brut Rose is no exception. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grown along the northeast coast of Italy, Secco’s Rose is as rebellious as it is elegant. It succeeds in combining the light, fizzy bubble style of a Prosecco with the intricate and pleasurable qualities of the Pinot Noir grape. Rich notes of strawberries and dark cherries coincide with bready flavors to make this a great summer sparkler. Whether enjoyed with mild cheeses or on its own, this Rose’ deserves a spot on any patio during the hot months to come.

We’re thankful that not ALL spirits have inundated us with thousands of flavors. (We’re looking at YOU, vodka...) Tequila is one of those spirits that has stood the test of time. This cocktail is a perfect showcase for the spirit and a perfect hot weather beater.

INGREDIENTS:• 2 ounces 1800 Coconut Tequila• The Juice of 1 Whole Lime• ¾ ounce Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice• ½ ounce Simple Syrup

Shake and pour into tall glass.Garnish with the spent lime shell.
