You can make all necessary changes – add or drop a CEMS course.
** In case of other courses you can only add courses via Virtual Dean’s Office
(VDO). DROPPING courses in VDO is no longer possible (in order to delete a
course you must file a paper request to the Dean).
** International students should follow the instructions sent in mail by Marta on 26
February.

Language Testing
• SGH is offering open elective course: Polish for Foreigners
that meets standards for „third foreign language elementary
level course”
• SGH is not organising any MBC Test except Polish (upon
request/registration)

Requirements for Graduation
• 45 ECTS in courses (Core, Electives, Exclusive, Open
Electives, Research Paper)
• 15 ECTS in Business Projects
• 6 ECTS: BS, BCSS, RGL, Skill seminars (for 1 ECTS)
• Fulfillment of term requirements: term load, flexibilities etc.
• Graduation from home school (but do not graduate before
you complete CEMS year) within 4 years after CEMS MIM
• International Internship
• 18 months after CEMS MIM year with possibility to prolong
but no later than 4 year after CEMS MIM year

Plan ahead - CEMS Events
• CEMS Annual Events 2018 – 30th Anniversary in Malta
(2019 – Vienna, 2020 – Seoul, 2021 – Copenhagen)
To be able to graduate in November 2018 both for those attending and not
attending Malta:
❖ by 1 September 2018 we need your declaration of graduation (if you are
planning to graduate in 2018)
❖ you need to start internship on 17 September 2018 at the latest
❖ by 9 November 2018 the diploma defense has to be done, internship
evaluation has to be sent and other graduation components fulfilled.
