Recently, Cennox took inward investment from the Business Growth Fund to support our development. The BGF is a UK Government backed initiative, supported by several of the UK’s largest Banks, specifically targeting high growth British organisations.

Cennox were identified as an ideal candidate, appealing to their criteria of investing in strong management teams with strategic funding for organic growth and a backing of an international acquisition strategy. With Cennox’s desire to deliver a world leading service, we were able to become one of the first to benefit from this investment programme.

Our future is secured through the determination and dedication of the skilled teams within Cennox. The vision and guidance from the directors has continued to steer Cennox to success despite the difficult global economic climate. Cennox provide our customers with completely managed Field Services from our UK Head Quarters. Our services are designed to meet the operational and strategic needs of many globally recognised organisations. Cennox are market leaders in the provision and installation of ATM machines, signage, construction, reactive maintenance and fit-out services.

In the USA, cennox have further increased our global footprint through the acquisition of the Sterling Group. With Sterling Bank Services part of that group, their ability to service ATMs in 48 states without the need to outsource, shares great synergy with the Cennox model.

In India, the launch of Cennox Uptime Services is an exciting development for the group as we look to harness the incredible growth currently being rolled out across the country.

Cennox develops pioneering products for the security of ATMs. The ASD security division has developed the patented ASD-8 Anti-Skimming and Card Trapping device for ATMs. The ASD-8 is deployed across the globe, including many of the largest financial institutions in The United Kingdom.

The new CSD-ARCIS, The Cash Spoiling Device, is the latest product that Cennox has launched. Designed to protect the bank notes within ATM cash cassettes, the device, when activated, sprays a unique bonding fluid fusing the notes together, making the contents worthless to the criminals.

Our ATM Parts division hold over £3million of stock and supply parts and consumables to ATM manufacturers and banks around the world. We also supply refurbished ATMs and repair ATM modules, offering an efficient turn around of parts for customers around the world.

Cennox have numerous Parts Warehouses dotted around the world, allowing us to expedite them to customers quickly and cost effectively.

The Cennox Signage Centre, formerly known as the Lettering Centre, has been designing and manufacturing signage since 1874. As an in-house resource, this rich skill-set within the Cennox Group has enabled the Group to provide and promote the latest signage techniques.

Cennox continue to create bespoke signage for organisations that include Harrods, Channel4, London Underground and The Ministry of Defence, to name a few. Cennox manufactures all of the ATM signage that is deployed by our Field Services teams, allowing us to offer an additional, unique and rich skill-set that our clients benefit from.

From our Central Operations HQ, Cennox oversees the servicing of over 4500 ATMs under Second Line Maintenance. Responding to around 50 calls a day, our Field Teams achieve over 98% in uptime.

Our ram raid and vandalism response service provides a rapid and comprehensive solution to the problem of attacked and damaged ATMs.

Field Services ATM Cleaning


As ATM specialists, we know that regular controlled proactive visits to each ATM location has the potential to improve customer service, drive up income and reduce operating costs.

Traditionally, ATM cleaning involves little more than a hygienic wipe of the machine. We understand that to generate value from a cleaning visit further tasks should be carried out.

Using revolutionary technology, the ASD-8 can detect attacks from wireless devices, false card reader head installation, fascia tampering, ‘Cash Claws’, ‘Lebanese Loop’ and drilling devices. As soon as an attack is detected, The ASD-8 automatically places the ATM into ‘Supervisor Mode’.
