12 RatingWe chose to use a 12A/12 rating for the film as even though it is a murder mystery film, we felt that it would be appropriate for this age range because no violence is shown.

In the film, we will be using a minimum amount of strong language, therefore this age rating would be appropriate

Our film genre is a murder mystery and it doesn’t contain violent and unsettling scenes, therefore it would be appropriate to have a 12 rating.

The film doesn’t have any reference to sexual behaviour meaning that our film would be suitable.

The film will not contain violent scenes, however there will be a moment when it will show blood but it isn’t on a large scale.

There are not any horror sequences permitted throughout the film, therefore it is suitable for the age range of a 12.
