Increasing the CBK`s share in the capital of the Boubyan Bank from 59.52% to 59.88%. RESOLUTION NO. 1/111-R/2019 The Governor of the Central Bank of Kuwait, Having considered Articles 21 and 61 of Law No. 32 of 1968 concerning Currency, the Central Bank of Kuwait and Organizing the Bank Profession, with all amending laws thereof; and Articles 4, 5 & 7 of the Ministerial Resolution No. 40 of 2003 on the rules governing the Islamic Bank Registration System; and Pursuant to the letters of the National Bank of Kuwait dated 9 & 22/05/2019 requesting certain amendments in the Banks Register with the Central Bank of Kuwait, Hereby decides:

ARTICLE 1

The following amendments shall be entered in the Banks Register under the National Bank of Kuwait with the Central Bank of Kuwait: Reducing the CBK`s share in the capital of the National Bank of Kuwait (France) from 85% to 80.32%. Increasing the CBK`s share in the capital of the Boubyan Bank from 59.52% to 59.88%.

RESOLUTION NO. 1/141/2019 The Governor of the Central Bank of Kuwait, Having considered Article 21 of Law No. 32 of 1968 concerning Currency, the Central Bank of Kuwait and Organizing the Bank Profession, with all amending laws thereof; and Articles 7 and 10 of the Ministerial Resolution issued in the year 1984 subjugating Money Exchange Companies to the Central Bank of Kuwait; and Pursuant to the letter of Ansari Money Exchange Company dated 21/5/2019, requesting certain amendments in the Money Exchange Register, Hereby decides:

ARTICLE 1 The following amendments shall be entered in the Money Exchange Companies Register under Ansari Money Exchange Company at the Central Bank of Kuwait: Increasing the legal reserve from KD196,311/- to KD206,985/-. Increasing the optional reserve from KD196,311/- to KD206,985/-. As per the financial statements ending on 31/12/2018.
