The  Statewide  Energy  Efficiency  Collabora6ve  (SEEC)  is  an  alliance  to  help  ci6es  and  coun6es  reduce  greenhouse  gas  emissions  and  save  energy.  SEEC  is  a  collabora6on  between  three  statewide  non-­‐profit  organiza6ons  and  California’s  four  Investor  Owned  U6li6es.
