APICS New Certification

The APICS Logistics, Transportation and Distribution Certification (CLTD) program.

To better serve one of the fastest growing industries in the world—logistics, the new Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution

(CLTD) designation will launch July 1, 2016. This new credential is designed to provide Directors, Managers and support staff a body of

knowledge, best practices and standards for the logistics, transportation and distribution industries.

The Central Jersey Chapter will be offering this class in the fall of 2016.

E0874 Export Operations Manager (East Rutherford, NJ) - The individual in this role will be responsible for the day to day export oper-ations in NJ, and will manage a team of 8-10 direct reports. This position will also remotely oversee and serve as a resource for export operations at the MD and LA facilities. This key leadership position ensures the seamless functioning of the operations by efficiently managing our export systems in accordance with customs requirements. The Export Operations Manager will effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in international air freight transportation by applying sound judgement and a detailed knowledge of rele-vant U.S. and international regulations.
