Projections of the Pacific Northwest create the lush backdrop, and a magnificent array of masks distinguish the alluring cast of characters. rough elegant acrobatics, remarkable aerials, and contemporary circus, this incredibly talented group of performers weave together a dynamic story about the power of engagement. Fireflight will take you on a magical adventure that tells the tale of a young hummingbird fighting against a raging forest fire, and how her actions inspire the other animals in the forest to take a stand. Witness the hummingbird soar on aerial straps, the spirit bear balance precariously in handstand atop an old growth tree, and the grey wolf bound acrobatically on stilts throughout the forest. Coming together, they strive to protect the fragile environment of the forest they call home and discover how important taking action can be.
