ceo connect

During CEO Connect you will carefully examine what you DO currently as the top executive within your organisation. You will have the opportunity to benchmark yourself against fellow CEOs from other organisations and industry sectors and share your leadership perceptions, based on your vast range of industry and organisation specific experiences.

CEO Connect will inspire you to SEE differently by giving you the opportunity to reflect on your own practices and challenges. Combined with discussion and observations by other participating CEOs you will develop new insights. You will be exposed to alternative leadership ideas presented by subject-matter experts.

By seeing differently you will start to THINK differently about alternative solutions and interventions for yourself and your organisation. CEO Connect will guide you in conceptualising such interventions to make them meaningful within your own specific environment.

Your potential to see and think differently will subsequently compel you to PLAN differently. Planning strategically from different perspectives is at the core of the program. CEO Connect will expose you to cutting-edge strategic planning theories and practices, enabling you to hone your skills and optimise your ability to develop, prioritise and implement your organisational plan.

Being exposed to different ways of seeing, thinking and planning will assist you in determining how to align and TRANSFORM yourself, your leadership team, your organisation and Board, and how best to manage your external environment. This is the ultimate aim of the CEO Connect Program.
